1 AverageDisappointed – poor room conditions & basic amenities missing. after being stranded due to fabh… Read moreDisappointed – poor room conditions & basic amenities missing. after being stranded due to fabhotels prime sage being closed for renovation (without any prior notice), agoda customer care finally relocated me to fabhotel anutham saket. while the location is good, my experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. the room was in a mess—no bath towels, no mug for bathing, no door mats, and worst of all, the room door didn’t even lock properly! for a hotel claiming to provide a comfortable stay, these are basic necessities that should never be missing. the lack of attention to maintenance and guest comfort was disappointing. i expected a much better standard from fabhotels, but this was a huge letdown. would not recommend unless they seriously improve their services.
