    "Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."

    "When we walked into the hotel we were immediately given a warm welcome which was particularly nice after travelling so far. Our hotel room was very comfortable. The restaurant was superb and the staff could not do enough for us. Food was very good and the choice was amazing."

    "Fab camaroon Hotel Delhi , My online reservation promised AC Room with Good stay. However, upon arrival, the initial room fell short. Not only was the receptionist less than welcoming, but the AC wasn't working, the fan was barely a whisper, and unwelcome mosquito roommates awaited. To top it off, the phone charging plugs decided to take a vacation as well. Since it was already 11:30 pm, I contacted the online booking service, who tirelessly tried reaching the hotel manager several times, but unfortunately, there was no answer. Determined to salvage my stay, I returned to the reception at 1:30 am and expressed my concerns more firmly. , the receptionist offered a different room. While the new room lacked AC, at the fan, though loud, provided some air circulation. Given the late hour and exhaustion, I decided to take it for the night. The next morning, I vacated the room at 10 am, hoping better EXPERIENCE in future"

    "Staff and service was so cheap, room was not clean and was looking like it was not cleaned for weeks. Its was there suits room but was like a guest house room. Washroom was like not cleaned for Weeks. Food was not available ,they gave menu of a restaurant and service from this restaurant was so bad, they delivered the food after two hours of order after so many calls."
