"Room was very dirty. Bathroom was having awful smell. Changed bedsheet after telling twice. Room was full of dust and unheigenic condition, so my wife got sick. So, we checked out from one of the room after 1 day of stay. Rusted Water heater. Only soap in terms of toiletries, No tissue paper. Fan has either zero or full speed, regulator was not working."

"Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."

Requested hard invoice the receptionist denied saying ask fab hotels 8. Requested fab mailed me 944/- invoice against 11600/- still struggling with fab to issue actual invoice knocking different helpline / mail"
