Pathetic experience started as soon as i stepped in. they provided towels upon asking but it was dirty. the room was not clean even though there was no glass on the window and a tree growing up inside the room. the phone was not working so i had to rush to the reception for each time i faced issues. i asked them to change room and the reception even said that if i am not satisfied i can change the hotel. finally i settled that with room change but i found couple of cockroaches in that room later in the night and got a sense of money and time waste with this property. as i was no where to get help stayed with no choice. i won't recommend this hotel to anyone

Rooms is nice. rates shown on menu is different and the amount taken is different i. e on menu chicken masala biryani rate is 195 and i order for 2 people the bill came for rs. 500 so i asked the server why rate is so much as the rate is 195 so the rate should be rs. 390. ridiculous service
