Horrible experience with the front desk staff named rana. he was rude and doesnt know how to communicate with the guest and not corporative at all. he make us stood outside hotel for an hour and doesnt ready to talk to customer service of fab people. ruthless person i have ever seen in my life. will never recommend to any one. rooms, bedsheet washroom everything was filthy. bad service

The rooms were not clean, the tv was not working, breakfast was not given, and a water bottle was not provided. i need my money back on this. also you have charged me a room with breakfast but that's not given.

Breakfast qty was not upto the mark ,although the food was outsourced as the hotel did not had their own kitchen , also the quality of the food was below average , there was no dining area as well , and also they had only a single variety that is medu vada idli ,,

There were dead cockroaches in the room. the bedsheet kept coming out of the bed and the floor was filthy. could not step onto the floor. the washroom was filled with stains. i requested for housekeeping to clean the room and the service person refused to do anything correctly or take any feedback. when i asked the manager to intervene, there was no turnaround. i had to clean the room myself. the geyser did not work and there is a constant noise in the room. please avoid booking this dump with unhelpful and unfriendly staff.
