So called Deluxe room , there was no toilatories, no tissue papers, no tea/ coffee bags, for water bottle one has to ask for,no refrigerator in the room,almirah does have hangers to hang your clothes. No housekeeping to clean your room & do proper bedding everyday during your stay Restaurant totally dark, not a place to sit & relax after your hectic day. Location. Filthy,foul smelling area outside the hotel,very disappointing & nauseating Approach to the hotel from the city. Many cabs refused to drop you there. Not worth staying for your money"

"1. Room was extremely claustrophobic, oddly shaped 2. Room didn't have any dustbin 3. The WC didn't have a Jetspray !!!! Never seen a case like this... There was a bidet spray, but did not work because of the seat cover. A jet spray is a basic hygiene requirement for any hotel. 4. No toilet paper roll provided 5. Water provided only when asked. 6. The room key provided was faulty 7. The bathroom didn't have an exhaust, the bath window was quite high to open and close. 8. The room service person was quite helpful, and cordial, however the overall standards of the hotel should improve in terms of basic amenities which need to be provided to customers. 9. The location is quite scary for a single woman to reach, although nothing can be done about this, but please guide the guests to take the safer road to reach the hotel, unlike what Google suggests. 10. Also your auto answering Phone number doesn't give many options, if I need to directly talk to a representative to address my doubts about check-in. 11. The bedsheet from the underside which was tucked in has brownish stains and didn't look very hygienic. 12. Hotel doesn't have a stair 13. The staircase steps are quite steep and weirdly designed. Hope these inputs are taken note of and some improvements are made to the existing setup."

"The room was too small, I suspect around 9-10 m2. shower area did not look good and is outdated. Initially we had to go to the fourth floor with our suitcases without an elevator. After a discussion, I was given a room on the second floor. You can't even fit two suitcases in the room. I'm surprised that there are good reviews, I wonder if they are fake."

"Early check-in is a joke for them, they charged me extra as I was in hurry to get ready and get going for official business, room quality and service, bathroom shower had water sprinkling of geyser itself ! No electricity backup. It mainly runs on hours basis for u know what purpose. Booked it via Oyo as I had few hours of work in city all I needed was a place to take a bath get ready that's it, I booked it via Oyo and Oyo assistant said I will be given early check-in, upon reaching the hotel at 10:30 they said check-in is at 12 only and extra has to be payed for the same. For such a bad room 1000 was more than enough, in the room I found earnings of past occupant, the bed gave me such vibes that I didn't even sir in it, took a bath got ready and got out of their asap, I saw shaby people coming in n out, just to save some money I made a huge mistake. DONT FALL FOR THE PICS only sofa in pic is a bit realistic and best thing in hotel is that sofa at reception that's it. To owner, what more should I say to you dear, begining of the day was made horrible with your hotel, hospitality business is what you are into not just business. Theres is still time to improve."
