1 AverageWorst experience i have ever had. the hotel owner denied us the booking. i had a booking for three people, but he said, "i can't give you the hotel, as you three are friend." after one hour of argument they shift is to an another hotel, but provide us bed for only three people. when we ask to provide us an extra bed, as we have a booking for three person not two, they started asking extra money. don't go to these hotel, they don't have any value for money.Ashwin K Shukla, 9 Jan

5 FabulousService of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.Aman Dahiya, 12 Aug

5 FabulousThe room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.Sadab Urf Golu, 6 Oct
