"Things were pretty decent but room wasnt that big as it is shown in the photo and it could be more clean and they dont offer any meal and even Wi-Fi wasnt working. There were few guys were drinking next to our rooms. We didnt have AC and TV remote in room. And ventilation wasnt there."

"One of the wrost experience with Hotel as well as FabHotels care. One thing is sure FabHotels can't complete with other platforms like Goibibo, Make my trip etc. Even coustmer care people don't know how to talk and take appropriate action. Now comes to hotel, I book Executive room online but they offer Deluxe room, after my resistance they change my room at night. I have done early check-in but they don't give the invoice for that amount. The reception staff are unprofessional, with absolutely no knowledge of hospitality and zero motivation to help. Don't go by seeing the pictures on FabHotels platform. There is nothing like that. Avoid this place at any cost."

"Very nice comfy stay.. Reached late night still was provided room. And that too superior room due to other rooms occupied that too for three days of my stay... Good hospitality and service.. Nice breakfast.. Even u can call it at room.. Poha and paratha was nice.. Tra was also good. Overall best experience at indore.. @ the fab hotel..prime the grey circle."

"The Hotel it seems has no maintaience system the location and staff is good but the property is not being maintained properly. I was at 1st Floor AC was not working properly in my rooms I was shifted to 3rd Floor there the AC remote was not functional. Water was leaking from flush the washbasin drain was choked the water was taking time to go. Poor maintaience"

"The pictures are completely deceptive. The place is run-down and filthy, resembling an outdated, dingy lodge. The restaurant is non-functional, although they do send a few food items to your room. The reception staff are clueless and unprofessional, with absolutely no knowledge of hospitality and zero motivation to help. This hotel isn’t worth even a fraction of what I paid for it. It's an absolute no-go. The hospitality here is the worst I've ever encountered. The Wi-Fi is useless, and there’s no phone signal either. Avoid this place at all costs, especially if you're traveling for work."
