"Things were pretty decent but room wasnt that big as it is shown in the photo and it could be more clean and they dont offer any meal and even Wi-Fi wasnt working. There were few guys were drinking next to our rooms. We didnt have AC and TV remote in room. And ventilation wasnt there."

"Very nice comfy stay.. Reached late night still was provided room. And that too superior room due to other rooms occupied that too for three days of my stay... Good hospitality and service.. "Recently, I Booked a single room for three nights. While booking the room, I opted in for Breakfast services and made the payment for the same but upon reaching the hotel they declined saying breakfast was not added. Later I talked to some agent and they checked back and sent a screen shot that clearly mentioned the breakfast was added. Agent said they can not help with any compensation this time..... Really sad experience/ never gonna book again and you definitely need a better team team to deal such cases... I want to know if this is your ideal way to deal such cases arised from your technical glitches or whatsoever."
