"The overall experience is good for the price that you pay, its located on the main road, centre of the city which makes it super easy to commute and roam around the city. In short the stay was comfortable without any difficulties and has scope to make some few changes to make it an incredibly comfortable stay."

"The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk."

"I have never seen a bad hotel like this . Staff non supporting. Room was full of seepage. Basic amenities were not provided like towel , water bottle. They were provided after I asked it for twice. Tv connection was not there fully disconnected and wires coming out of it broken. Landline was not working at all. Couldn't connect to the reception. We need to go to reception physically. I'll never advise anyone to stay there . Such a pathetic condition of this hotel ."
