"The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. "I have never seen a bad hotel like this . Staff non supporting. Room was full of seepage. Basic amenities were not provided like towel , water bottle. They were provided after I asked it for twice. Tv connection was not there fully disconnected and wires coming out of it broken. Landline was not working at all. Couldn't connect to the reception. We need to go to reception physically. I'll never advise anyone to stay there . Such a pathetic condition of this hotel ."
