1 AverageVery disappointed with fab. after paying advance amount and getting booking confirmation, i drove 600 kms with my 83 yr old father and after arriving there i was told that my booking is not done in the kings court. i was placed in another hotel which did not have lift and also was not at all 3 star hotel. with such a bad experience and rude behavior of customer service staff, never in my life i am going to book with fab.Sandeep Mehendale, 2 Nov
