Then I have to waste 15 - 20 mins calling up the Fabhotels customer care to have it reflect in the hotel s system. Next time onwards I will stop booking with Fabhotels if you can't take care of this simple thing. Why should the customer have to call separately again? Can't you take care of it? This is the second time it has happened. Remember customer has lots of choice, and in the hospitality industry customer experience will bring you repeat business. If you are incapable of understanding this simple rule, you don't deserve my business"
