"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was not clean, and there was no handwash provided. The staffs behavior was unprofessional and unhelpful. The worst part was that I accidentally left my room key inside and stepped out for a short time. When I returned, the staff did not provide any assistance and instead charged me an additional 400 just to unlock the door. On top of that, they charged 40 for a 20 water bottle. Overall, I found the service and conditions to be very poor, and I would not recommend staying here."

Also there was no hot water and the drain water pipe of wash basin was broken and all the waste water was spreading in the entire washroom."
