1 AverageI am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. i had a reservation (booked a month in… Read moreI am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. i had a reservation (booked a month in advance)that was confirmed, but just hours before my stay, i made a call to the hotel to inform them i will be checking in late, that's when the owner told me that he can't proceed with this booking. to make matters worse, when i tried to resolve the issue, i was told i would need to pay extra if i wanted a room at the last minute. this kind of service is completely unacceptable, and i feel completely misled and taken advantage of. i would never recommend this hotel to anyone based on this frustrating experience.
