The place is fantastic! It’s super convenient and close to all the cool stuff. The owners are super friendly and always go the extra mile to make sure you have a great time.
We are returning happily. Indian indigenous behavior, hospitality and helpful manners... you can expect here. In short..get VALUE FOR MONEY.
Located on road, staff is cooperative and well mannered, rooms were neat &clean a great experience
I stayed at Hotel Aay Kay in Amritsar for one night, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotels location is very convenientjust near the railway station, which makes it ideal for travelers. The room was spacious and comfortable, and considering the price, it was definitely value for money. The staff was polite and helpful, which added to the comfort of the stay. Some areas like cleanliness and a few amenities could be improved, but for a short stay, its a solid budget-friendly option. Id recommend it to anyone looking for a decent place to stay near the railway station.
I was here with my wife and had a one day stay, room was good situated on a walking distance from Amritsar station, booked in 1100 with breakfast got breakfast at 9AM aloo paratha with curd and tea food was average overall a value stay
We stayed here to attend marriage in family on 27th Nov 2023 and were impressed with Front desk team who go out of way to extend help. Well maintained rooms and nice spread for breakfast. We certainly would like to stay again during our next trip.
The condition of rooms was very worst. Ants were everywhere and no quick response.
Rooms condition were good except the premium room, side rooms have no visibility of outside or sunlight. Toilet condition is pathetic with water licking and getting hot water is almost impossible, unless 2 bucket of water before getting slight hot water. Have to call room service for cleaning. No proactive measures. Location was good.
Extremely rude behavior from the hotel staff. They directly refused to provide some spoons and plates since we didn't order food from their hotel. Spoon and plate was needed for eating fruits which was not in the menu. I would suggest not to use this hotel.
Worst experience even they didn’t offered us water in the rooms, there are ants in the room ,totally unhygienic
