Really good hotel, I look forward to staying here . The staff are the best feature, genuinely helpful and kind. It is always a good sign to see the same staff members when you return to a hotel. Rooms are spacious and good value for money.

Very friendly staff, proactive and helpfull. I am talking here about all the staff I interacted with: reception desk, restaurant, romm service. The informations receied were always correct and I felt safe. The room was comfortable and clean. Great value for the money.

Hard drinking joint. They have Ac and not n ac section. Reasonably priced food is ok not great not bad better than so so

3 rooms were booked, and only 2 rooms were made available for check in at 12pm, 3rd room was given at 2pm. When I asked the same for early checkin they asked me to book 1 full day extra so i had to pay for entire extra day so tahr i could check in 2-3 hours before checkin time.

It was a transfer of 2 pax from Geeta Palace done by Fabhotel but they only mentioned 1 pax. We were harassed because of mistake because of Fabhotel person's mistake and no one was willing to sort it out.

AC of the room was not working. Booked 3 rooms and we were allowed to check in into only 2 rooms, 3rd room was given very very late although I had paid full booking amount.

terrible experience, got shifted to a random branch, terrible staff, no cleanliness, nothing provided, basically a plank of wood for the bed, so disgusting we didnt even ask for breakfast

I had the most terrible experience staying at this hotel. The room was absolutely filthy, with cockroaches crawling around, making it extremely unhygienic. There was a complete lack of cleanliness, and it seemed like the room hadn’t been properly cleaned in ages. The washroom was in a pathetic state—every single tap, including the jet spray, was broken. The geyser wasn’t working, so there was no hot water available. It was a nightmare trying to use the bathroom. To make things worse, there was constant loud fighting from guests in the next rooms, and the hotel staff had zero control over the situation. It felt more like a chaotic mess than a hotel. The bed was the most horrifying part—there were brown to red stains on the sheets, which was beyond disgusting. It was impossible to sleep in such an unhygienic environment. This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, even for a night. Stay away from this place if you value your health and peace of mind!
