Staying at the Cabana Hotel in Greater Kailash-1 was a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and tended to my every need. The room was cozy and well-equipped with modern amenities, making it the perfect retreat after a long day exploring New Delhi. The team at the hotel went out of their way to help with anything I needed, from suggesting great local restaurants to organizing city tours. Their genuine care and attention to detail made my stay truly memorable.

This is a late review of the experience at Hotel Cabana. Booked through Treebo. There were no toiletries provided (except for towels). Had a great stay at this place. Thing to note is that this is located in a residential neighborhood, there are limited restaurants around the hotel. You either have to opt for hotel food or order online. It was late check-in around 1AM - I was quickly assigned to a room (I had called previous night about my late check-in). So your call to their landline number will get answered. Breakfast was very good and staff attended to all my requests. I was given a room on the ground floor and there was no network reception. Also wifi strength was very weak, had to place the phone near the door.

Rooms: Small and conjusted....dirty floor Dirty bed and blanket. Wahroom: Hot water were not available ,individual room water heater is not there, it is centralized even after caling for many times no hot water. Management: Very bad service. No immediate response and actions from receptionist.

First of all the rooms are dirty. Basic services like Hot Water is not available in the rooms. Even after calling and waiting for 1 hour for it .. they did not provide it. The service is extremely bad with no response what so ever.

Don't get fooled by the fab hotel brand and their brand image or in this case, the tip-top photos of the hotel uploaded in Google photos are just illusion, I had one of the worst sleeping experiences because of the pathetic conditions of bed and bedsheets the bed springs is too uncomfortable the hard spring was pinching while sleeping I felt uneasy. The bedsheets are also in bad condition I asked for the change and to my surprise the second bedsheet was worst from first one.
