Nice, clean, new, hotel with all the things you can think of. Friendly staff always willing to help. Food was good. Definitely worth a stay.

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

I have booked Executive Room but to my surprise hotel was having only deluxe category rooms. Rat was there in my room. I have changed room but it's not at par and not as per review. I have also done booking with breakfast but once again surprise came that there is no kitchen in the hotel. They have denied to give breakfast. I have called twice at customer care and express these issues and asked for refund but no solution provided. I am highly disappointed
