Every thing is good staff behaviour helping nature room is also good

Stay was good staff is but rude not much but yes they were not talking politely in morning we asked for breakfast as we have paid extra for that reception on first place he said no to break fast I had to explain him about that breakfast so they gave e us vadapav that's it I didn't like it too much

Most horrible experience. Staff was behaving as if they are doing a big favour giving us a room. After that the breakfast provided was worse than a railway station quality. One vadapao and a small tea. Horrible.

Worst hotel in the world none should go there, we have to wake up the receptionist guy for everything, not at all clean, bedsheet worn out, blood stains on bed sheet, cockroaches too many in the room,no lift we have to climb 2 floors with the luggage, we have taken 2 rooms for our official visit at Panvel.

Worst cleanliness cockroaches all over place room are too small n smelly dirty bedsheet broked lock please don't trapped with pictures they upload they all are fake rooms are in worst condition

As per online booking we mentioned breakfast as inclusive but they didn't provide a breakfast. Worst service of staff and Hotel owner also has rud.

Worst stay ever. Don't come here. I booked executive room at 3900. When i reached there they refused to give me executive. I stayed in classic room which is below delux category. I want refund. I paid for executive but they gave me classic room.

Very Poor Cleanliness. Very Poorly Maintained. Very Unhygienic. No water in the washroom. Towels were not provided. Later they provided Dirty Towel. The washroom and room smelled bad. There were cockroaches and other insects. The bedsheets smelled bad and they had stains. Daily water bottles was not provided. Tv was not working and the TV Remote had no battery in it. I booked along with breakfast but We didn't even eat because of the overall hygiene of the hotel. Worst experience.
