Everything from the staff to the rooms etc. I had such a pleasant stay.
All good but wrong commitments given by call centre team who book my room and no resolutions provided me till time. I called 4 times in ur call centre but always executive given me will call u and provide u resolutions.poor service by ur team
Staff at the restaurant was really friendly. I really liked the hospitality they provided and make our trip more comfortable.
Fantastic service and lovely people. The room was clean and had the facilities except AC functioning other than the first day. Which was a disappointment as we booked an AC room. Brilliant location near airport. The room had a few too many bugs and again the AC being switched off was disappointing. Really close to Terminal 2
The rooms are spacious but the rift between hotel and fabhotels is irritating. I booked with breakfast and when in the morning I asked for tye breakfast the manager said they will not serve breakfast and when I showed them the booking they started to call fabhotel as fraud and instructed me to call them. For 100 rs they both faught over phone and get to wait me over phone for 15 minutes. But still the matter was not resolved and I told them it is too much for 100 rs. Fabhotels take notice - if you don't care about negative feedback of the customer and could not resolve it please either don't tie up with these hotels or don't punish the loyal customers like me for 100 rs. Due to this 100 rs breakfast and your utter disrespect of your loyal guest, I will be staying away from Fabhotels from now on. Take notice of this and it will help your brand as you must know 1 negative remark will impact I'm much more customers think twice about choosing Fabhotels then 100 rs you saved by going into debate with the your own hotel collaboration itself.
Welcome to Still old fashioned, one staff show. All said on their website is a farce. Not even their Name plate or signboard on the road. The bookin is done at higher rates than the Rack rates. Small congested rooms with not so clean bathroom. Tea kettle is only for hot water. No Tea. World of cockroach in Room and bathroom. There is nothing Fab or International. The hight of Customer Care was that at 2.15 Am at check in they forced Full advance rather let us sleep. The final payment os done at the check out time. Breakfast was JOKE and even wanted Serving Trey back as they have no cutlery. NO Invoice given while GST charged. Would not recommend unless dire need.
Hi dear! will write this article hoping that the hotel management and director will see my article, hoping that the director will work with the manager again, why is he angry with the customer and yelling. I rented a room and paid in full. I find his way of working very bad.
Really Not happy with the stay. The photos and reality is totally different. Went with my aged parents, but no lift available. Photo looks like a proper hotel but in reality it was apartment. So much mosquitos and insects. Admin person was polite but what can he do when management can't provide anything. Will not suggest to anyone.
Staff is very unprofessional unable Sleep whole night as the staff in reception kept playing the movie on loud sound even after requesting to lower the volume they never bothered to list
The breakfast included in my room was not provided and the person on the reception said that fabhotels has done a fraud with you as we only provide paid breakfast. He then forced me to call the customer care and wasted my precious 15 minutes which ended up by hanging up the call as the customer care of fabhotel could not respond in time. Both the manager and fabhotels fought on the phone on that issue in front of other customer too. It is pathetic service. Never experienced this with any of my bookings till now with fabhotels. But this experience left me dislike the way fabhotels handles the situation and how that person risked been given a negative feedback to save his 100 rs.
