I recently stayed at this excellent BnB and had a wonderful experience. The place was exceptionally neat and tidy, making my stay comfortable and relaxing. The staff were incredibly polite, always smiling, and eager to help whenever needed. Their warm hospitality made me feel truly welcome. Breakfast here deserves a special mention—it was delicious, reasonably priced, and served with great attention to hygiene. All side items like yoghurt, butter, and pickles were individually and carefully packaged, ensuring freshness and cleanliness. Overall, it's a fantastic place with helpful and friendly staff. The property is recently renovated, and more additions are following on. Bathroom fittings are anew and well maintained. The view from the room's balcony is amazing as it faces Jagriti Enclave road. The staff is helpful and courteous. The property location is walking distance from Karkardooma metro station. The owner guided me very well regarding auto service as I was leaving for Kashmere Gate ISBT. Very much thanks to him.

Their service is good but the rooms are not well maintained with mold and dampness all around including low lighting in rooms and faulty geyser equipments. Not at all worth the price they are charging. Better to look for other options!

This place was terrible, I stayed here in January, they made us wait for 2 hrs for check in,, that's pathetic. Now, comes Hotel Staffs,, the lady at reception that day was horrible, she lacks knowledge and hospitality attitude. I had booked the room from the hotel's official website, even then she was asking to pay.. The room was stingy, the washroom was not even clean, pillows and sheets were stained, and the blanket had foul smell. Now the worst experience was on the morning of check out.. The receptionist called for check out at 10AM. Upon asking for a slight delayed check out, she started asking for extra charges of 1200 INR (half of total booking charges).. In one sentence "THEY LOOT THE VISITORS"

One of the worst hotels I ever checked in the last forty years. Sadder part is I booked it through Fab with whom I had some great experiences earlier. The first room (201) they allotted to us was soon flooded with water which dripped constantly from the AC. The room was, cleaned after we insisted. The second room (206) had no chair or table. The shower in both the rooms had very poor flow. Other rooms we checked were equally bad. Some had incessant water flowing from the tap. Most of the rooms were dirty. Some other guests were equally frustrated except the ones who paid directly much less than we had to pay while booking through Fab. This hotel is pathetic.

Such a disgusting Fab Reena Residency Hotel.... Dirty Room, geyers not working no basic aminites ,TV is there without set up Box and above all this Hotel is Pick up point Hook up place possible Police Raid..
