Absolutely Disappointing Stay Would Never Recommend! I recently had one of the worst hotel experiences at The FabHotel Twigo Inn. Right from the moment I checked in, things started going downhill. 1. Room #1 Cockroach Haven: We were initially given a room that was not only poorly lit but also infested with huge cockroaches. The walls were damp and in terrible condition. When we brought this up with the staff, we were told the blame lies with the rainy weatheras if that justifies such unhygienic conditions in a hotel that claims to offer decent accommodation. 2. Room #2 Leaking Ceiling & AC: After several complaints, we were finally shifted to another room. Unfortunately, this one was no better. The bathroom ceiling was leaking, the AC was dripping, and to top it off, when I woke up the next morning, the entire floor was wet. It was incredibly unsafe and downright miserable to stay in such conditions. 3. Room #3 Dirty Bathroom & No WiFi: The second day, after more complaints, we were moved once againthis time to our third room. The condition here was also far from acceptable. The bathroom was dirty, and the WiFi barely worked. At this point, I had completely lost hope in the hotels ability to provide even basic comfort and hygiene. Photos vs. Reality: The rooms looked nothing like whats shown in the pictures online. This hotel seriously needs to verify and update the photos they advertise because they are completely misleading. To make things worse, when we asked for a cancellation and refund due to the appalling conditions, the management outright refused. They had already charged us in full before we even saw the room, which left us with no choice but to stay. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Avoid The FabHotel TwigoInn unless you want to waste your money and ruin your trip.

This is my second stay at Fab. The hotel staff was polite, prompt and receptive to feedback, everything else was substandard and below my expectations from Fab (following my first stay experience). The linen, towels and pillow covers were stained and had holes, all these items had to be changed on request, the replacements were not fresh looking/smelling either (despite coming from the laundry). The room wasn't dusted properly, walls were spotty due to moisture, cobwebs in a couple corners near the ceiling. The bucket and mug in the bathroom was dirty looking/stained. The shower was useless because it projected the water only half a foot from the wall. The breakfast was below average, limited options, oily. The tea kit was old and unhygienic, and was incomplete (no spoons). A bottle of water was provided on the first day, had to be requested on the second day and wasn't a sealed water bottle when it arrived. The AC was not cooling properly unless set to 21 degrees or below, and the air had a wet, musty smell likely because the filter wasn't cleaned recently. The room and corridor both were cramped, but this can be forgiven because this is Mumbai. However the awful stale smell in the corridor cannot be forgiven. Overall a pathetic experience due to many small things. I suspect Fab is more to blame here than the hotel premises because their branding is supposed to assure a minimum service quality which wasn't met. I had booked for 3 nights but had to find an alternate place to stay. The booking promo code wasn't applied to my booking either, meaning I was I charged more than I signed up for.

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at FabExpress Deluxe Comfort. Despite arriving well past the check-in time of 11 AM (at 2 PM), the room was not ready, and the staff only began cleaning it after our arrival. The room allotted to us was far below acceptable standards. It was very small, poorly maintained, and had a strong, unpleasant odor of water seepage and smoke. The bed linens were old, stained, and far from clean, while the bath towels provided were in a similar unhygienic state. The bathroom ceiling was dripping continuously, creating a damp environment and an unbearable smell. If I could give a negative rating, I certainly would. Moreover, the room lacked proper ventilation and was nothing like the photos displayed on the website. To make matters worse, we discovered a dead cockroach under the bed, which was extremely off-putting. Overall, this was one of the most unpleasant stays I have ever experienced. I would not recommend FabExpress Deluxe Comfort to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay.

I choose bad for following reasons: 1. The rooms and other space of hotel is superbly neat and clean. 2. But the room is too congested for two persons even after choosing room for 2 persons. 2. Service is not good.. because they calling us guest but not treating as guest. 3. We don't get morning breakfast as per your policy.. so i asked them at the time of checkout your receptionist tolds me to 'you have to call us.' but if I'm not calling you then it is duty of room service. (We are paying service tax even it is not compulsory by govt of India) 4. There is no decency with my guest. 5. I also know that you are not going take actions about this topic. Such a waste of time.. Have a good day.
