Situated on the banks of the Ganga, Varanasi is one of the holiest cities in India. Its bathing and burning ghats, and temples give it an unmistakably spiritual vibe. These places draw loads of pilgrims as well as tourists to the city from around the country. Owing to the predominantly traditional values of its residents, finding accommodation for unmarried couples can be a little difficult. But, worry not as several budget hotels or similar in Varanasi welcome unmarried adults for a comfortable stay.

Worest arrangements. Misleading and false promises with regard to sminities. As promised by you lift was not available in the property. Number of rooms are not available as per agreement. Extra beds provided. Aged people suffered a lot. They were forced shift to another property. We will never opt for fab hotels
You people are cheaters. With regard to sminities you have not fulfilled. No lift, not allotted number of rooms promised Worest option selected by us
Good hospitality. I will recommend others to stay in this hotel & also every nearby to all spiritual places. Good management morever good behaviour.
Very nice staff. Manager is very helpful. Every day change of bedsheets available, Ac facilities available, clean bathroom, nice balcony view within a very affordable price. Each and every staff was really helpful and behaviour was top notch. The stay here was comfortable and really satisfactory. Do visit if you want your trip to be a happy one.
Overall ok but need a lot of improvement. Dear owner take this review as suggestion and improve it for your future guests. I wish your business will grow much more. So that I am highlighting few minor issues that should be improved. 1st Toilet need atleast one exhaust fan and one merror. (My stay was at 3rd floor) 2nd your hotel tap running water is very smelly. (Water treatment solution required) 3rd ground floor room commode is verymuch down. not suitable for senior citizens. 4th your property don't have lift so atleast 3rd floor price should be less. 5th AC was make noise 3rd floor 6th no EPABX (intercom) at least intercom facility is important if you are taking 2000 or above for a room. Early chekinn 500/- per room late check-out 2000/- 7th gyser hot water supply is very slow. Staff and owner behaviour was very good. Familer invironmet. You can buy food from nearby restaurants. Menu available at room. At 500m annapurna restaurant is very good. 2km from Varanasi railway station 2km from temple gate no 4
FabHotel Lemon Grass at Chausatthi Ghat, Varanasi, is decent for a short stay but not ideal for longer visits. The rooms are quite small, and the first one I got had a non-functional fan, with the staff suggesting I use the AC instead. When I requested a change, the alternative room was even more cramped, so I had to adjust. The staff was polite but nothing remarkable. The in-house restaurant was closed as the chef was out of town, so I couldn’t try the food. However, the location is convenient—easily found in the lane opposite Pehalwan Lassi. If you only need a place to rest for the night and move on, it works, but don’t expect much comfort. Conclusion: Average.
There’s no hot water have to complain at least 20 times a day; slowest service, the first floor rooms have moldy walls, they charge for the free water for everyday after the first day.Theres no slipper, toilet paper or soap in the room. P.s: there are no windows besides one that gives you the view of a wall. So the rooms are really dark FYI. The wall papers are cute and AC works really.
The location is good, but the rooms are a bit shady, not that good and very small. Washrooms are clean but too small. Overall a cramped place for the price. Service was decent. Also this is not a fab hotel affiliated anymore. Please fyi.
Pros. Located in walkable distance from main road and sarnath museum. Good looking rooms and corridor. TV in room. (Haven't checked if it's working though.) Hot water and cold water in bathroom. Mirrors and dustbin. Cupboard. Towel. Cons. No attached or near by restaurant. Do not order food from the menu given in the room. They will add everything except taste. It's unacceptable level of cooking and the delivery is very very late. No window in room. No exhaust fan or opening in bathroom/toilet. The exhaust opening is to the 104 room bath (neighbouring room, I was in 105) and then there is an exhaust fan for that. They had provided used soap in the bathroom and half used shampoo sachet. I don use both of them so I dint touch them. But who needs them should know this. They said daily one water bottle. While checkout they charged me 30 for bottle which was printed as 20. Don take their water bottle without asking if it’s complimentary or not. They lied to me and then charged me. And also the bottled water what they GM gave me was not good. This is also not a concern for me. I could accept it. But they would not switch on the airconditioner, which was the only way to get any new air inside the room. I explained them the concern that sleeping in old air is very difficult. They would not switch on the air conditioner but give some excuses. The best excuse was battery over in the remote and somebody has gone to get the battery. And that boy dint return for next two days. I asked if there are any remote for any other AC. No room had been provided with AC remote. They say it's cold, AC not needed. For asking about air, they suggested to switch on the fan. They thought fan brings in new air. The fourth night I insisted I needed to switch on AC. Last two days I was the only guest in the lodge. And I made them find a remote. They got a remote from reception drawer, and switched on the AC. Night at 1:30 approx, they switched it OFF from their room control. And again switched it on at around 5 AM. How sneaky is that! I said them it’s very wrong. They know what they are doing. This is unacceptable level of concern they show to a person requesting and explaining the concern. And also I learnt that most customers coming to this lodge are through booking /travel agents. I was charged 3500 per night but I was informed as 3000 by my agent who arranged this room for me. I accepted it because it's peak season. I stayed in 105. For four nights during last week of Maha kumbha Mela Feb 2025. I would not recommend this hotel unless you have no other option. Not for any other reason. Only for the no air to the room and their sneaky behaviour inspite of a non complaining customer. I thank them for giving me a room in busy peak period. I don mind they over charged me. Everybody did that in the peak season. But they would not willingly give me some air to breath during sleep. That's unforgivable. Even the auto contact whom they gave me, was over charging me and then I switched to OLA. I am grateful to the agent who arranged a room at last moment and this owner for accomodating me four nights. But their attitude and sneaky action is very very bad.
No AC, No Lift, just verify your amenities commitment and availability. On the despite several calls and mails your response is nil. Worst service. Commitment towards refund yet to be initiated.
