Surrounded by the Western Ghats, Pune is known as much for its scenic vistas as for its Peshwa legacy. There are several forts and hills in and around the city that serve as popular places of interest. Besides tourism, the city is also visited for its cultural, financial and educational value. Mostly with traditional mindset, locals are rapidly embracing modern ideologies, a shift which is apparent in the city’s hospitality sector. Great Hotel. Only One suggestion to Owner or Mgmt Please put Grills on Balcony you never know what mishap can happen. Mgmt was helpful for keeping our cycles safely in store room. Hotel staff was polite
We had booked this hotel through oyo. Upon arrival once we paid and entered the room it was good from outside but the bathroom was very shady. When we asked to give us another room we were asked to upgrade the room which was their trick to sell the same room at higher price though the room size and amenities was same only bathroom was clean. The disappointing part is the lady at the reception was way too rude and trying to loot in every chance she would get. I would recommend if you're planning to stay here pls ask them to show the room first and then pay otherwise they will loot you for every basis upgrades.
Location is in the city, clean rooms but lift wasnt working. Lift issue I can live with but breakfast was the worst I have ever eaten. It is best not to even try the breakfast. I got uncooked Idli and absolutely tasteless Sheera. Please dont give the option of breakfast at Al l. The manager at the reception is very arrogant and best NOT to speak to him. Typical Puneri arrogance when you request for anything.
Terrible Hotel Experience – Do Not Stay Here! Remote and Inaccessible Location: The hotel is in a completely isolated area, making it difficult to find. Major landmarks and places are not easily accessible, making it feel like a trap. It honestly felt like being stuck in a jail. No Food Delivery Allowed: They do not allow Swiggy, Zomato, or any other food delivery services because they have an in-house kitchen. When I asked about this, they refused, forcing guests to eat whatever they serve, which is highly inconvenient and makes the stay unpleasant. No Complimentary Water: Not even a single bottle of water is provided. Guests are expected to purchase everything, which feels unreasonable. Rude Staff: The reception staff and room attendants were extremely rude. From the moment I arrived, their behavior made me want to leave immediately. Eventually, I vacated the room after just 4-5 hours, despite paying for the stay. Deceptive Room Photos: The room looked nothing like the pictures they had shown. The actual condition was pathetic. They might have recently tiled the bathrooms, making them appear decent in pictures, but in reality, the cleanliness was poor. Unhygienic and Uncomfortable Stay: The bed quality was extremely poor, and the linen was full of lint, making it irritating to the skin. The entire room felt humid and suffocating, making it very uncomfortable to stay in. Not Suitable for Families: This hotel is only useful for a quick fresh-up near railway stations or bus stands—not for a proper stay. Families should avoid this place at all costs. Final Verdict: I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay away and find a better place!
Pros: Well behaved staff. Good AC. Good WiFi. Cons: The rooms that the customer service agent showed me are completely different from what the reality is. The room was not at all cleaned after the last checkout as I can see hair strands all over. And floor as well not cleaned. The walls were moist. The staff at the reception was good. Well behaved and polite. But dunno why maintanence was not done. They don't provide towels or soaps as I didn't see them in my room. The hotel is 5-10 mins walk from main road but doesn't seem to be in a good location. Nearby construction work sounds are horrible. There was power cut during my stay. No water supply in bathroom. I booked this hotel to fresh up only and found there is no water during my stay due to some motor starter issue. The positive about this hotel is okok staff behaviour, good AC and good WiFi... nothing else.
Extremely Disappointed – Not Up to Fab Standards I had a terrible experience at this property, and it was nowhere close to what I expected from FabHotels. The cleanliness was appalling, with visible dirt and lack of proper maintenance. The service staff was unprofessional and completely unresponsive to even the most basic requests. Despite multiple follow-ups, no action was taken, making the stay incredibly frustrating. I never expected such a substandard experience from FabHotels. Please disassociate from such properties that fail to meet your usual standards—it’s damaging to your brand reputation. Definitely not recommended!
When we viewed the third-class service at Fabhotels Hub, they had a mattress in place of a bed, despite having images of the rooms with three people occupying them. The behavior of Fab Express Corporate Hubs is the worst, and they cheat. Before you see the truth, I advise against making an online booking. Be mindful of their employees; if you paid online, they will rush you and disappoint you by demonstrating your lack of courage in making a reservation online.
Multiple power outages are usual here and will interrupt your stay and sleep. I think the higher management is incompetent and the lower management is outsourcing the power supply of the hotel. Just a small medimix soap in name of toileteries and no shampoo/conditioner/lotion/toilet paper etc are provided. A simple hard mattress as an extra incurs 500 rupees daily extra charge. No blanket was given despite the charge. Do not book any Fab hotel. They’re fraud and scamming people into booking third class hotels by making them look good online using false information and services not available at the actual hotel premises.
Pathetic service! Its a humble request to a genuine customers, not to go with this hotel. As the management and the staff is bad. Please see the pic i have posted... And don't go with Agoda too... As they are super unsupportive. U will regret with Agoda and the Hotel is super dirty... Check the picture pls...
No canteen facility as advertised in redbus, one refund pending for which I'm following up since 3 days
