decent rooms, Location is close to airport which is good. Rates are affordable. But service is not good. Room door not working properly. Washroom door lock broken. Toilet flush not working. Only one thing is good which is staff behaviour. Very helpful very polite.
This is the last time I will stay in a FabHotel. After online booking, I got a message asking I pay INR 641 to secure the booking, since there was a lot of demand. I did. When I was checking in, the person at the desk showed me a digital info that I had paid INR 541. I had to show him my G-pay transaction to provide evidence that I had paid 641 not 541 as per FabHotel's records. He tried to correct it in his system but it did not work. Although 100 is a small amount, this is nothing less than deception and thievery. In addition, I found a live cockcroach on the bed. Room okayish, AC works but bathroom is bad.
The staff executives were very rude and the receptionist did not behave professionally. Also, the rooms were not at all up to the mark and needs a lot of maintenance. The bathroom door did not have a lock, the rooms were dark and damp and smells pathetic then a government hospital. I would never refer any of my friends or family for this property.
Worst room, not suitable for family and group, Actual image was fake,
It's the most horrific hotel i have come across. Rooms r stinky. Bedsheets are dirty with stains n black dirty yuck. The bathroom is disgusting. It's a nightmare why has fab hotel tied up with such a place.
If you would like to experience a 100 problems packed in to a single day, this is the hotel from hell to choose. I had called and requested for 2 working and clean rooms before confirming the booking. My expectations were very basic as we were only staying between 10pm and 4 am. All facilities was confirmed by the owner over a call. Upon reaching, we were made to pay the amount in full and in advance but the service was more than lacking. We climbed up 3 floors for our room and were made to change 3 different rooms within 20 minutes because none of the rooms were in a functional condition. Room 1: Non functional geyser. I had specifically requested for a working geyser before booking but was given a room with one that doesn't work. Room 2: broken tap. We were moved to a different room with 4 bags of heavy luggage because room 1 was disfunctional. Now, this 2nd room had a working geyser but a broken tap which wouldn't dispense hot water without heavy fiddling, which the owner himself had trouble operating. Room 3: upon confrontation with the owner, we were yet again moved to a different room on a different floor. The same drama with the heavy and partially opened luggage happens here too. This room had a functional geyser and tap but it was infested with cockroaches of all sizes. I had to dust some of then from my backpack right in front of the owner. A room freshener spray was first brought in by the hotel staff to combat the bug issue. Upon pointing out the stupidity of the act, a proper bug spray was brought in and sprayed. We had to refuse to sleep in a roach infested room that was now full of chemical fumes and scurrying pests. My patience was worn out by now. After a lengthy session of to & fro with the owner for the shoddy and filthy services, or lack thereof, I was offered a 25% refund of the charges by the owner for the 100% deficiency in services. We were again moved back to the 2nd room as this one had the least cockroaches of all. My partner refused to bathe due to the above conditions. I had to bathe in a room on a different floor and sleep in a room on another floor. More problems : none of the 3 rooms we were offered had a proper toilet flush. Our friends room was infested with roaches as well. No complementary drinking water for the room prices. Filthy & smelly beds with torn bedsheets. Dirty, broken, narrow restroom that is barely wide enough for A small person to turn around in. Dustbins with cigarette burn holes in them. Extremely rude and careless staff. Highlight of the stay: Extortion attempt I had also asked to arrange for an e-rickshaw to pick us up from the hotel at 4 am. The night staff and the owner all nodded their heads and confirmed the service along with the price. When 4 am came the next day, I was told at the last minute that I had to cough up 4 times the original agreed price for the rickshaw to drop us off at the airport. We realized we were being swindled and were being taken advantage of our pressing situation to reach the airport on time. Luckily we had a backup transportation option from the previous night we had arranged by ourselves that saved us the horror of missing our flight. The night staff person shrugged off all responsibilities with reasons such as "I'm just a worker here. Talk to the owner for your issues" and "it's not my responsibility to arrange transport. My duties end at the door", etc. All in all, this has been the worst experience of my life regarding hotel stays and airport transfers. DO NOT TRUST THE PHOTOS OF THIS STAY ON THE INTERNET. MORE IMPORTANTLY, DO NOT TRUST THE STAFF OR THE OWNER. Wish I had clicked some pictures of the pests and dilapidated condition of the rooms, but most of my time at the hotel was spent between arguing with the hotel staff and my need to get some shuteye before our flight in the awful conditions. Never, ever, step foot in this hotel if you want your sanity intact, even if you are offered a free stay. It's simply not worth it. You're better off sleeping at the airport on one of the empty chairs.
Darty room, Used bedsheet, pilo cover, Quil cover No arrange drinking water, glass, Joge Low Light in this room Totali verry Bad Experience Cockroach in the bed
Horrible and worst hotel experience ever, I wanted to give zero stars. I had great hopes thinking that it's a fabhotel. But right when we reached its location and surroundings were the worst. One may not feel safe to step out after sunset. It's not a separate hotel building just a part of the building is a hotel (unlike what appears in the photo, there are other shops in the complex). Then comes the rooms which are NOT as big as they appear in the photo (photo is totally misguiding in terms of size as well as cleanliness). The rooms are very, very small. Inside the room there were big cockroaches running around at night. We had to call the reception for that and their response was 'ohh' then they came and killed and removed them. They sprayed some chemical and said now cockroaches won't be there. The room started smelling so bad, and again we found more cockroaches inside, just felt hopeless. Their linen was not clean as well (the bed sheet and towel had big brown stains). We had to ask for two towels as there were two people, we had to ask for water, glasses, and toiletries. They said they don't provide body wash or shampoo in the bathroom. There were no hangers in the bathroom to even hang towels while bathing. The shower was faulty, one had to literally stand real close to the tap to be able to bathe in the shower, once the showerhead fell by itself. Additionally the AC was so noisy like a small generator throughout the night. Even after facing so many back to back problems we tried to resolve the issue but the people had no sense of hospitality at all and were very indifferent. Looked like they are not interested in providing any service at all. Finally, even though we had already paid online for two more days, we decided to leave and stay in some other hotel. The last nail in the coffin was when they said they can't check us out as the system is not allowing us to checkout as the booking was for three days. We were so frustrated, we didn't want to try their breakfast which was included in our stay and when we just left the place, we felt so good. Not going to this hotel again and would NOT book a FABHOTEL in future.
Worst experience of staying in this hotel, I have never stayed in a hotel like this in my entire life. Everything is worst. The room was extremely dirty than govt hospital. Just imagine. Staying in footpath is better than this place.
