Dear Sir/Madam, I have been having issues with my last booking and have been trying to call the numbers provided but it is talking me to automated system and not able to speak to any of your representatives. Kindly arrange to call back ASAP or provide a number to call and speak to your representatives ASAP. I had booked a room with breakfast and I was charged extra for the breakfast. Upon reaching hotel, they said they will arrange from outside. Next morning, I had to do multiple follow ups to get some breakfast and they provided very limited (not sufficient for 1 person also), no mention option, cold 2 sip tea and basic and t cold breakfast. Initially, they provided for only 1 person and after a strong follow up they provided another plate which again was cold/small quantity. You have charged very reasonable amount for breakfast and atleast some reasonable service and options should be there. I would like you to refund my breakfast charges. Please assist. Room was perfectly decorated, well designed and clean. the breakfast was good, we really enjoy our stay. i highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The Management and Staff were extremely friendly. efficient and pro active. The room was fabulous and we also loved the breakfast. Our stay exceeded our expectations and we will return if back

The lobby on all floors and the staircases are filthy, unclean with cigarette butts all over the place. The AC unit was dripping water on the TV. The towels were torn. Impair soft a suite room and the hotel staff gave us a smaller room and created a ruckus and were unwilling to reduce the amount to be charged on this account. When I threatened to call the police, they agreed to a partial refund

Absolutely pathetic hotel! Do not believe the nice pictures that the hotel has posted. Booked here since my office was nearby in magarpatta, and I absolutely regretted it. Zero hygiene, zero maintenance. Bedsheets were unclean with spots, ladies hairs lying around in room and bathroom and the staff is rude. Told them to clean both room and bathroom but to my surprise when I returned from office in the night, only the room was cleaned and bathroom untouched with same hairs lying around. Did not ordered food here but I wonder how hygienic the food will be. No complementary bisleri bottle was provided in this fab hotel but when I insisted, they provided filtered water in a plastic bottle. Totally avoid if youre traveling solo or with family.

Very bad choice ... Amenities are not in good condition... Manager is irresponsible ... Washroom is not clean with Cigarette buds
