It was a quiet good stay for reasonable price. The rooms are neat and clean. I'm satisfied.
Room was very grand , location , very helpfull staff at reception. Very well located
Really good hotel, I look forward to staying here . The staff are the best feature, genuinely helpful and kind. It is always a good sign to see the same staff members when you return to a hotel. Rooms are spacious and good value for money.
Great food and comfortable room. Room is very complete. Good bed
Awesome property. Uphill, Great Natural view. Cool calm serene. Property full of flora and fauna, well maintained. Only drawback is Worst road condition from down to the hotel. Each and everytime you need to go down and return by walk only. Otherwise, you need to call a auto/Cab which is costly and not a good choice. If you want only to stay amidst nature for a leisure holiday, than blindly you can opt for this hotel
Do not get fooled, it’s not a 3 star hotel. It’s a very poorly managed cheap, home stay.
I booked it via booking.com and found that, 1) Wifi was not working, which was main requirement as i was to do office work. 2) No geyser, no hot water. 3) I decided not to check in, and was told when supervisor will put no show, I will get refunded. 3) iam yet to get refunded for this wasteful stay and expenditure.
I booked this hotel as a transit stop on my way to Coonoor. It was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in, they don't have anyone in the reception and for the name same there is a 12-13 year old boy who doesn't even know what we are talking about. The best thing about this hotel is they don't ask for any IDs anybody can check-in with your name. The room was the worst thing I've walked into, the bed linens and bedsheets were so dirty that they haven't been changed for days. There's no hot water. I would have given a 0 if it was an option.
One of the worst experience we had, just reached at hotel in morning and what we get to know is that FAB hotels is just booking partner of this hotel and they want more money than our booked amount. So receptionist guy didn’t even let us checked in as he needs 200 bucks more than our booking amount and then extra 500 bucks for early checking and then after that he was not even talking directly, was kept on saying that talk to customer care and resolve if. FAB hotels customer care is also a joke, we tried calling them 28 times but was not able to connect to the team which handles confirmed booking only new reservation we could have reached and every time they disconnect the call. Being left on our own in an unknown city during peak season just for few hundred extra bucks is really a dishonest way of operating. I would recommend to never book with this hotel.
When Fab is promoting a property first understand how the property is designed and how the rooms are placed in the property and which floor has what type of rooms. This os very important when a group of families trying to book the same property. The Anurag from fab marketing side doesn't have any understanding on tbe property and property management doesn't know who is talking and booking on behalf of Fab, its total mess and runied our vacation with your stupid room allocations. I don't want to give any stars ⭐ to this kind of service and hotels.

Well, it might not be offbeat, in general sense, but certainly an experience of a lifetime to ride the charming Nilgiri Mountain Railway (NMR) when in Ooty. Other than this, you can visit the local army cantonment, needle industries or terraced-farm cabbage fields, depending on what interests you. In addition, there are a lot of places within the town where movies have been shot; you might love to get into a ‘filmy-pose’ and capture it in your camera.
