Comfortable Stay at HOTEL D69 RESIDENCY!" I had a good experience staying at HOTEL D69 RESIDENCY near the Western Express Highway in Mira Road. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering great value for money. WiFi was available and worked well, making it convenient for work or leisure. The breakfast was good, adding to the positive experience. Overall, a nice and budget-friendly stay with good service. Would recommend it to travelers looking for a comfortable stay in the area!
Didn’t think it was as bad as some people had reviewed. It was a small room but had a big double bed, bathroom was pretty clean with hot running water and decent AC. No windows so not much ventilation but in Mumbai, it’s hardly fresh air anyway! The main gripe is the noise from the staff and other guests of the hotel who stomp about, shouting down the corridor and slam doors most nights. Location was okay. I wanted to be near the metro but that’s not running it’s about 15 mins from a train station. Few restaurants and shops etc. nearby
Very friendly staff, proactive and helpfull. I am talking here about all the staff I interacted with: reception desk, restaurant, romm service. The informations receied were always correct and I felt safe. The room was comfortable and clean. Great value for the money.
The hotel was terrible... but you get what you pay for with the price and it was a great location. The wifi was good, and fast. There were no windows in our 'deluxe' room, and when we asked for one with a window they showed us one that was much smaller with no view and no private bathroom. There are no toiletries provided except for the handsoap (which we had to ask for). The room was dirty, the bedsheets had rips in them but it was fairly comfortable. There were hairs on the sheets also. There were bugs everywhere!! For a room with no windows, there shouldn't have been as many insects as there were. I saw a rat when I went up the stairs, on the way to the room! The shower and sink had decent water pressure, but there is no hot water, just cold (which is fine in this weather but we like a choice). They ran out of toilet paper so they gave us napkins instead lol Honestly, this place is terrible but if you're a budget traveller, and can deal with no windows and lots of bugs...
These staff members do not cooperate at all worst services. They extra charge for an over where we checked in one hour late due to which they extorted extra charge. Plus additional if you book from third party booking apps they don't respect and rather say you paid a very less amount and we didn't hot any much profit. They don't provide basic toiletries such as towels and soaps they expect a room of two people to share one towel and if we ask and additional towel they would say you paid very little amount how do you expect extra. After asking thrice they provided a basic soap. I would say these hotel doesn't deserve to exist.
The rooms are spacious but the rift between hotel and fabhotels is irritating. I booked with breakfast and when in the morning I asked for tye breakfast the manager said they will not serve breakfast and when I showed them the booking they started to call fabhotel as fraud and instructed me to call them. For 100 rs they both faught over phone and get to wait me over phone for 15 minutes. But still the matter was not resolved and I told them it is too much for 100 rs. Fabhotels take notice - if you don't care about negative feedback of the customer and could not resolve it please either don't tie up with these hotels or don't punish the loyal customers like me for 100 rs. Due to this 100 rs breakfast and your utter disrespect of your loyal guest, I will be staying away from Fabhotels from now on. Take notice of this and it will help your brand as you must know 1 negative remark will impact I'm much more customers think twice about choosing Fabhotels then 100 rs you saved by going into debate with the your own hotel collaboration itself.
I had booked this hotel online through Trip.com. After a 10-hour flight, I arrived at the hotel at 10 PM. When I informed them about my booking, they completely denied having any record of it. Always confirm your reservation before arriving at the hotel. I had to book another room at a much higher price. They are scammers—avoid this hotel at all costs. It was the worst experience. The rooms were extremely dirty, and the entire hotel was filthy. Very unprofessional staff, and there were cockroaches everywhere.
FabHotels are getting popular in scamming people as their accommodation partners are providing such horrible staying experiences. My recent visit to FabHotels Jayshree was nothing but a nightmare. The deluxe room we booked was so stinky and full of cockroaches, the A.C was broken and noisy due to which my 83yr old grandfather couldn’t sleep at all. FabHotels and Hotel Jayshree is a disgrace to hospitality services. Never in my life booking Fabhotels again.
The manager is scamming people, denied entry to my prepaid booked rooms, asked us to relocate to a nearby property for few hours as the rooms i had booked were not vacant for next 3-4 hours. Don’t go for the pictures they have posted online, the place is filled with cockroaches and never ever book @FabHotels They are simply scamming people
Hi dear! will write this article hoping that the hotel management and director will see my article, hoping that the director will work with the manager again, why is he angry with the customer and yelling. I rented a room and paid in full. I find his way of working very bad.
