Really room was excellent ...AND FRIENDLY STAFF AND ..CLEAN AND HIGENIC ROOMS,,ANY WAY SATISFIED...
We had check-in at this fab hotel on 27th December. While we were on the way to our room, we got a call from the fab hotel reception and they have informed us that there has been a water leakage on the floor due to which we were shifted to another hotel. We were not that comfortable with the Last minute change but we somehow went to 'Oyo townhouse' which was the new hotel where we were shifted. I was concerned about the rooms and how they would be but Sravan Goud, The receptionist, received us well and co-operated with us. The rooms were very clean, professional and the staff service has been excellent bring us our needs. We needed an extra mattress for our driver and we were provided with that too at no extra cost. Bathrooms could have been a bit clean and shower gel was missing which was anyways provided by staff to us. This is the review of Oyo townhouse but not to Fab hotels since I didn't stay in Fab hotel
There is not any proper restaurant in nearby the hotel for north Indian & bengali people.
Inhouse restaurants are not available. Limited breakfast brought from outside but taste is yummy . Room Cleaning is good, staff behaviour is good. Area location also good best stay.
The service was very poor. We have to ask for complementary services again and again ( like towels and water bottles ) complementary breakfast also limited. After reaching hotels earlier they said they don't have rooms even though I booked and paid 15 days before. Its not a good experience with metro
Best breakfast! Great hotel, new and clean and definitely too good for the price. Staff is friendly
Booked 5 rooms and got 4 rooms on Arrival , we had to adjust with four rooms though we had booked 5 rooms. Towels , waterbottles and soaps were not provided only if we ask they would give. One of the rooms bathroom flush was not working , one day no hot waters all terrible experience
Whole room was dirty. Carpets, pillows, towels, bedsheets have not been replaced from quite a long time. I even have the pictures. Very bad experience.
No proper response from the fab team, i have been requesting invoice of my payment but issue not solved till now, havent seen this type of negligence anywhere, wash rooms are also bad, worst management from fab hotels
I have never seen a bad hotel like this . Staff non supporting. Room was full of seepage. Basic amenities were not provided like towel , water bottle. They were provided after I asked it for twice. Tv connection was not there fully disconnected and wires coming out of it broken. Landline was not working at all. Couldn't connect to the reception. We need to go to reception physically. I'll never advise anyone to stay there . Such a pathetic condition of this hotel .
