The service ,staff and everything was excellent!!Hoping to visit the premises again in near future!!
Excellent experience, very helpful staff and ready to help and make the stay very good.
The breakfast was most welcome.
Really loved the room.. pretty spacious as compared to rooms of other hotels in similar category. Bathroom was pretty spacious and clean as well.
Visited Oct 2024. When Fab Hotels changed my booking to this place at the last minute I was apprehensive - many of the reviews are really bad. However I was pleasantly surprised when I found the room here to be quite nice. Room and toilet were reasonably clean, Owner, receptionist and staff were pleasant and helpful. For a budget traveler it is worth considering. Very close to station ( less than 3 minutes using the half-open gate at the southern end of platform 4). From the hotel turn right and walk towards a flyover about 50 meters away - from here you can get a (shared also) auto to almost anywhere (tip : auto to Phool Baug and then to Kila Gate will cost you Rs 10 + Rs 10). Alcohol and "guests" (you know what I mean) are not permitted into the room. Pics of Deluxe Room attached. I paid approx Rs 900 per day plus tax.
The rooms are quite congested. Bed sheets and cover were not clean. Ac was not working properly. Not even bottles are complimentary and they tell you at the time of billing. Small parking space which can accommodate 2 cars at a time. This was not expected from Fab hotels. Plus points: 1. Clean washrooms with hot and cold water 2. Near to station. 3. Some staff members are good and well behaved.
The staff was ok but the rooms are small and conjusted and they don't even give a single water bottle in complimentary and the outside location of hotel was not too safe
i understand safety from architect point of view is missing. in case of any mishap hard to escape. no ventilation. no other escape route. too congested and small rooms and toilet
Don't book at all . Dirty, messy, unhygienic, loud and scary staff at night which ensures you don't sleep. Bad food. Everything bad from top to bottom. My worst stay. Stinky beds, mattress and pillows.
worst hotel ever stayed, arrogant staffs, AC leaking, no discount, room tariff was higher and room was not according to the price, mt Jana yaha pe koi v, Oyo hai couples jate h, dormitory sahi h uska
