It was nice hotel in near by airports and exhibition centre. Very neet and clean room. Breakfast was so good and taste.all staff are there have good manners.

Extra Rs300 was charged offline, the lock of room 103 was not working from outside and we were not informed of this at the time of room allocation.

Rooms are very small rooms are not clean we order in breakfast dosa and they have provided uttapa...it's not good and price also very high

The room was untidy and there was no ventilation. The stink was unbearable. The receptionist was rude and discourtious. The staff room which also happened to be a kitchen had a phone which kept ringing way past midnight disturbing my sleep. I want my money back with interest for enduring this ordeal.
