The stay was always fabulous, room location, good staff behaviour and the room prizes are also in budget

Excellent Hotel. The rooms are in good condition as shown in the photos and also the staff is very helpful. Stayed for 2 days, food was delicious. Hotel is situated at a quiet place away from noise.

The hotel is located in a very remote place from where you need to walk for 5-6 min to even get to the main road. Apart from that very good and professional staff are present, the room I had was beside the bird sanctuary which was very calm and serene.

The staff behaviour and attitude is very courteous and customer friendly . They went out of their way to arrange early breakfast. However there are two areas of improvement . The breakfast spread should be expanded . Both veg and non-veg options should be offered; not either/or. Secondly amenities like tea/coffee sachets, drinking water bottles , towels should be provided by default and not on demand. Otherwise for its price and location this is an excellent choice and real value for money. If I visit Gurugram again for a short stay, I would definitely come here.

I have been cheated by the fab hotel executive first he told he will refund the amount as hotel he is upto the standard now no one is picking up the call

On online booking they charged 1800 per day but on reaching the owner starting creating fuss. As I was late in the night I hv to adjust. No parking for car.No lift. Dirty smelly rooms.
