It was really good experience. I loved the rooms and services they provided while the stay.
I liked the service, it was excellent. All the staff was very courteous, polite and professional.
Very well maintained hotel and rooms. All the staff were very friendly and courteous. We arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. This was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.
Best place to chug alcohol. Also it's very far from my friends hotel. Not safe at night. Also a small bridge to cross at night, no streetlights. might be fatal. Ruined my friends night. Bon nuit.
Neat and spacious rooms..parking facility...good location..recommend for family..good service
The food was delicious and hygiene standards were high. Location cant be better
Amazing service, awesome room facilities. Loved stating here. My favourite hotel for sure.
Nice room but the things in the rooms is very old.(Curtains, bucket, mug, bedsheet, blanket, towel etc). Season started pls change the old ones.....
Stayed in double bed room with city view. Room was spacious & all items were bit old. TV & AC were there but not working. Hotel location was good & easy access to bus stand, markets & sightseeing places. Staff were polite & supportive. This hotel needs total uplift. Paid Rs.5600/- (incl GST) for double bedroom but definitely not worth for the rate.
Very very bad experience. We booked 2 rooms in which one was deluxe (2400/-) and other one premium (3900/-) via online mode. But both the rooms were same like deluxe room. No difference between premium and deluxe rooms. Agent, Vinay Mourya cheated us. He didn't address our calls when we tried to connect after realising that they cheated us. The hotel has poor parking facility and we were asked to park at the roadside.
