Dear Sir/Madam, I have been having issues with my last booking and have been trying to call the numbers provided but it is talking me to automated system and not able to speak to any of your representatives. Kindly arrange to call back ASAP or provide a number to call and speak to your representatives ASAP. I had booked a room with breakfast and I was charged extra for the breakfast. Upon reaching hotel, they said they will arrange from outside. Next morning, I had to do multiple follow ups to get some breakfast and they provided very limited (not sufficient for 1 person also), no mention option, cold 2 sip tea and basic and t cold breakfast. Initially, they provided for only 1 person and after a strong follow up they provided another plate which again was cold/small quantity. You have charged very reasonable amount for breakfast and atleast some reasonable service and options should be there. I would like you to refund my breakfast charges. Please assist. I entered the hotel and request for early check in and the staff allowed . Nice stay and next to hotel metro station and Shivajinagar railway station. Great. Stay.

Ambience was awsome and yes food was delicious and had a great variety which was really woww for me.

Restaurant staff. Very friendly and helpful. We had a good night sleep after a long flight. Great WiFi. We had a short stay, leaving early in the morning.

Nice Breakfast service. Room service excellent. There are many things to praise for!!!

The room had very old and broken furniture. The washroom did not have proper soap or shampoo. The towels were very old and looked unclean. The bed sheets were also unclean and had patches on it. The pillow covers were torn. The drinking water was chargeable. I felt treebo has much much better and maintained hotel in this price range.

There is cockroches in room. Bedsheets are dirty. Pillow cover are torn. Washroom sink pipr is leak, comod seat was broken. No towel provided. Even after informing they did not clean the room.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Cleanliness was completely lacking. I checked in around 2 a.m., and the room they gave me was in a terrible state dirty to an extreme level with unclean bedsheets, blankets, and overall poor hygiene. Despite paying for a deluxe room, what I received was far from it. When I requested immediate cleaning, the staff said it was not possible at that hour and promised to change the room the next day, which was very unprofessional. I had also paid for breakfast, but one day's breakfast was never provided. Only after I followed up on the last day did they arrange it, and the reason given was that I should have called and asked which is unacceptable. Room service was equally poor. They never came on their own to clean the room; we had to call every time. Even then, the cleaning was substandard, and the staff seemed poorly trained in basic housekeeping. Overall, it was a horrible experience and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Rooms were in terrible conditions, never going to book FabHotels again. I wish i could share images here.

Staff was rude just because I booked online. He insisted on checkout at the exact time, not even allowing 5 extra minutes.
