Room cleanliness and staff behaviour was very good. Food was delicious
The air conditioning worked perfectly.. and the air was fresh and clean.. even though there are no windows in the room.
Really recommended! Good rooms, good location and good staff.A pleasure stay!
Excellent experience, very helpful staff and ready to help and make the stay very good.
The staff was exceptionally courteous and professional, and this extended through all the departments, right from the Front Desk to Housekeeping.
Location is in the city, clean rooms but lift wasnt working. Lift issue I can live with but breakfast was the worst I have ever eaten. It is best not to even try the breakfast. I got uncooked Idli and absolutely tasteless Sheera. Please dont give the option of breakfast at Al l. The manager at the reception is very arrogant and best NOT to speak to him. Typical Puneri arrogance when you request for anything.
We really had a pleasant stay. Its a neat and clean property, staff was very helpful.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Loved the bathroom!
Very nice and helpfull staff, nice breakfast, way better then a lot of other hotels in Gauagon
Nothing is good. All amenities are very worst, fab stay has not taken any care. Poor service
