I stayed here for 3 nights, room were very good, specious, clean and service was good. The staff were very cooperative and helpful. Property has in-house restaurant where you can enjoy good food. Breakfast option is limited, it would be great if we get more option for Breakfast.
1) When logged in they asked us to pay extra 2) We requested them to give the same room beforehand to change the dress after coming back from interview and they agreed and we kept our luggages there. But when we returned they gave us a dirty room to change(fyi we reached before 11:20 and check in for next day starts at 12) 3) Charged 30 per water bottle, it is not complimentary and they won't tell you that, usually one or two bottles are complimentary in every hotels per day. Per bottle costs only 15 and they charged 30 for one. 4) You will be able to access Wifi for sometime then they turn it off and you have to use your data.
The bed sheets were not clean, there were hairs on the floor, under the bed it was full of dust, tv was not working
The room was extremely dirty; full of cobwebs, someone had cut their nail on the headboard and it was still there; dusty, dirty chairs and windows. The washroom's jet spray barely worked, towel had huge horrible stains all over. The toilet was uncleaned and yellow stained like a public toilet. The AC remote did not work, there was no tv or phone to call reception. No packeged water was provided. After asking for water, two unsealed bottles were given.
Small room not as shown , Substandard washroom fittings , congested washroom , unusable kind . Only positive thing was very good behaviour of staff and cleanliness was good . But I am not going to book again since the hotel has contructional problem .
It was extremely bad. I just stayed one night and checked out the next morning. I had booked for 3 nights but I know how I stay just for a night. In the middle of night, I booked another hotel and then checked out next morning. The staff is not responsive, towels are not clean, and rooms are not maintained at all. I had booked a room for 2 guests but when I asked for another towel, they said as per our policy we give only one towel per room. I said, alright give me an extra towel early next morning as I have an official work, response is we cannot give any more towels until 10 AM. The level of difficulty and stress I had to endure in this trip, I cannot explain that. Such a bad response from the management. How does Fab hotel not focus on all these things. I had to pay a huge amount for another hotel.
Room are ok but there is no towel no water bottle no toiletries no tea and coffee no early check-in no late check out , we are paying 800 rupees extra for 4 hour early check-in, very disappointing hotel , we never recommended and also this is not 3 star hotel...
Bad smell from room. Breakfast is terrible. I don't understand why they add 200 for breakfast. It even not worth for 30 rs. They also charge 350 extra for room. I want my 350 and my breakfast amount refunded back to me.
Room bed was not clean..and was too nosiy due to the outside traffic horns .I will not recommend this if you come with family
Heres a grammatically corrected and slightly refined version of your text for better clarity and flow: I had a booking for four nights. The room I was given was not hygienic. After contacting Fab, the hotel management changed my room. On the night of the third day, they informed me that I had to check out the next morning because the entire hotel was booked for a wedding. They assured me that they would arrange another hotel with similar facilities and that their staff would transfer my luggage. On the morning of the fourth day, I checked out, but I had to carry my luggage myself and walk to the alternate hotel they provided. Upon arrival, they showed me a very cheap hotel and asked me to stay there, which I refused. Instead, I requested a refund for my last nights stay. Initially, they declined, but after much effort, I finally got my money back. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against booking this hotel. If you do, never make a prepaid payment, as they might ask you to check out at any time to accommodate offline bookings. The staff and owners behavior were very unprofessional.
