Recently I stayed in this place, the hotel environment was very comfortable . The room service was absolutely spectacular, and the staff is very helpful. I had forgotten my earbud in my hotel room and I did not even know about it. The hotel staff informed me about it. Now my lost earbud reached me safely. This hotel is eligible not only for its facilities, but also for the great service of its staff. I would like to thank you once again.

The rooms are spacious with balcony and sufficient sunlight. The building needed some painting from inside though. Otherwise stay was comfortable.

This place is a gem . The service is absolutely brilliant and the stay. The food provided is really tasty. During my visit in Delhi I reached back the hotel at 1.30 in the morning with the smiling staff ready to give me a cup of proper ginger tea. They never say no to anything. I was taken care so well that it felt home away from home. Will stay here any visits to Delhi. Couldn't thank the staff enough. Well done guys.

People at this hotel knows the actual meaning of Hospitality which is the most important thing of Hospitality Industry.Room is neat and clean and service is quick with smile.They are best at budget rate in Gurgaon. Must visit . I was there for two days conference.They have banquet with no pillar inbetween which was the USP of the hotel.

A Disappointing Stay at Rallkmas I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Rallkmas, and I must say it was quite disappointing. From the moment I arrived, things were not up to the mark, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Location – Hard to Find One of the first issues I encountered was the location of the hotel. It was extremely difficult to find, as there were barely any visible signboards or directions. Even with navigation, I had to ask multiple people to finally locate the place. A well-known hotel should have better signage and visibility to make it easier for guests. Rooms – Below Expectations The rooms were far from what I expected. The wallpapers were peeling off, making the entire space look unkempt. The bed was not properly cleaned, and the furniture looked like something out of an old, abandoned motel. The overall ambience of the room felt cheap, and I was quite uncomfortable throughout my stay. For the price paid, I expected at least basic cleanliness and decent furnishings, but this was clearly not the case. Service – Poor Assistance One of the most frustrating parts of my stay was the lack of good service. It was incredibly difficult to get any assistance from the staff. Whether it was requesting basic amenities or asking for help, the response was either delayed or completely ignored. A hotel should always prioritize hospitality, but it seemed like customer satisfaction was the least of their concerns. Food – Tasteless and Overpriced If the stay and service were bad, the food was even worse. The meals were completely lacking in taste and felt bland and uninspired. To make things worse, the prices were unreasonably high for the poor quality of food being served. I expected at least a decent dining experience, but this was another area where Rallkmas failed terribly.

The experience at FabHotel Rallkmas was quite disappointing. The rooms and washrooms were not clean, which made the stay uncomfortable. The furnishings felt cheap and poorly maintained. Service was below average, with staff okay responsive. Overall, not a place I would recommend.

Location is good. The hotel iteself looks good from the outside but the rooms are pathetic. Very dirty and unclean.

Stay away! Really shady business. Booked this hotel after calling the Fabhotel agent. After half a day, directly got an email saying "hotel changed to Fabhotel Altus" ? Who changes a hotel!! After another call and back and forth was told the hotel was sold out already for marriage but still was booked for me. Somehow after a days worth of calls got a cancellation and refund done. Pathetic experience
