I have been regular to this property and excellent property. Very well trained and friendly staff. Sparkling clean hotel. Excellent food and room service is quick. Room size is big with big toilet and shower area.

fabulous hotel, excellent service, luxurious, everything a discerning traveller can as for.

The air conditioning worked perfectly.. and the air was fresh and clean.. even though there are no windows in the room.

The staff went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as they could .

The bed sheets were very dirty... Bad smell is coming all over the room and bathroom... After request only everything they are providing..

Location is top notch that is the biggest positive. Rooms are fine and service is available when needed so no complaints

Literally amazing, The bed is great, the bathroom is fantastic and the service and location are also wonderful. The food is so so great too . I originally booked 2 nights here but quickly upped my stay to 10 days!

Asked the staffs to change the bedsheets and they told they dont have any new sheets left and made up silly reasons not to do it. In my opinion dont ever visit fabhotel the btm palace. They even charged me additional money for washing the sheets.

Really disappointed by room. Its not worth for the given price really cheap rooms.
