Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.
The room was clean. The surroundings and the hygiene was also good at the hotel. Staff was courteous and was quick to resolve any query. Location is perfect if anyone wants to visit here in its full pride. Perfect location, where everything is less than 10KM's away.
Being a hotelier by profession, I know the hotel operations in detail. I am glad that I chose this property. The facilities were great and service was great too.

As you haven't replied yet to my last email for the full refund. Your agent as done the modification on my request but very late. Before i received the modification confirmation i have already checked in another hotel. Because i waiting for almost 1 hour. I have to call 3 times to customer care. They all hold the call 20 minutes each and said i will receive a call back for the confirmation of my request of modification. Because of you guys my goa trip has been ruined and started with very inconvineance. Now this time i am finally warning you to refund the entire anount as soon as possible aur other and last option for you guyz is that make a booking of 2 nights 26 jan check in and 28 jan check out for the same hotel. And adjust that advance payment in this booking. Otherwise refund the entire amount till 10 AM Tomorrow. If you didn't provide me a solution i have to take stick and legal action against your hotel group. And file a complaint in civil court and consumer court.Because its you guyz who are responsible for this circumstance and because of you guyz only i have to find another hotel in late night and emergency. Because i have to rest urgent after a long travel. And only because of you the taxi person charged me extra and now i will not leave and let my hard earn money wasted. Kindly do the need ful action. Refund or new booking 2 nights. thanks but not thanks for such a bad booking experience. Mohd Asad
Disappointed and Frustrated with Fab Hotel I had an extremely unpleasant experience during my stay at Fab Hotel. Here's why: 1. No Proper WiFi: The internet was either unavailable or barely functional, which caused significant inconvenience. 2. Rude Staff: The behavior of the staff was unprofessional and rude, making the stay even more uncomfortable. 3. No Room Service: Despite claiming to offer room service, there was none during my entire stay. 4. Unorganized Check-In: The check-in process was chaotic and poorly managed. 5. Dirty Rooms: The rooms were dirty, with visible spiders and other cleanliness issues. Before booking, a representative named Radhika sweet-talked me, sharing her personal number to assist with "any concerns." However, once I faced issues, she ignored my calls and messages entirely. I also suspect most of the positive reviews about Fab Hotel are either fake or paid. If you value your money and peace of mind, avoid booking with Fab Hotel. Their customer service is the worst Ive ever encounteredcompletely unprofessional and unresponsive. Thanks, A Disappointed Customer.
Mosquito in hotel everywhere .when I was booked hotel in last year 2024 at that time room is very clean but now I am speechless...
