    "Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."

    "The location is good but the service is poor . They are providing LIMITED breakfast options like only 2 paranthe per head or onel plate poha and apart from that only one water bottle per room is provided for entire stay . The receptionist is asking for money the rest money before checkout since morning. Even rooms are not clean and there are small insects are in the room and on the bed. When light goes Ac and geyser not work at all. Ac is noisy. Pathetic service."

    "Very bad hotel of vrindavan..very poor location we took 1 hour to travel 1 km distance to that hotel it was too narrow way to reach out hotel...and most bad thing of this hotel they order food from swiggy zomato (local unnamed restaurant) for lunch n dinner...I booked hotel with brkfast+ lunch package but when I order lunch it was shocking Zomato came in my room by having two unhighginic thali and we did not eat food we also did not stay there more than 2 hours we changed hotel because room was smeely and ac was not working when we asked for refund they denied and our hard earned money Rs 3000 totally wasted"
