Dear Team, lot of improvement is needed, Staff is good. But Ac is not working and door locks are not proper not intact. Very disgusting room locks and Ac is not working. But location of hotel is good and Staff is also good.

Room was definitely good and at best location but there was s very dense smell of cigarette and surprisingly a lot of waste was laid in main corridor

Not worth. Attached bathroom is not at all convenient and neat. Ceiling of Rs. 500 for breakfast of 4 is absurd. No attached restaurant and hence had to order from outside hotel. Ofcourse behaviour of staff is nice.

Room was not clean, there were lots of dirts on wall. Room was very small, there were bed bugs too. For the very first time in my life, I saw bed bugs, it was absolutely disgusting. It was not what shown in pictures on Fab Hotels booking page. Fab hotels, you guys should have some responsibilities.

Worst experience that you can have anywhere. They were asking to check in directly when declined their behaviour changes they was making issue in check in ( like asking a print copy of id ) and other issues is was totally a terrible experience

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I have never stayed at a hotel that charges double the MRP for water bottles. Despite the high prices, the hospitality was extremely poor. The room service was terrible. I had to wait thirty minutes for my food, only to be given excuses and have my order canceled. Even breakfast was not served on time, which made me late for work. I strongly recommend avoiding such hotels. Worst management worst hospitality and worst pricing

The AC was working in the room but there was no cooling, there was no pipe connection in the toilet, water was coming very slowly, the bed in the room was dirty

Property no more with Fab Hotels, it's a new name under new owners though they are accepting bookings done online. No signage, tiny substandard room, no breakfast, no room service except 1 kettle with tea coffee bags, even TV got switched on as 'as a special favour'. Thankfully, I needed the room for few hours, decided against spending the night there and returned home at 11pm, the same day. The Manager didn't appear surprised that I wasn't even spending the night. I would request FAB HOTELS to take this property off their list so no one else wastes hard earned money like me.

I booked a/c room in fab hotels website . This people didn't allow us to check in for a/c room instead they said non A/c room was booked. This is blatant violation of consumer protection rules. Rooms were dirty . Bath rooms were pathetic . I would never suggest to book a room in this hotel again. The owner of the hotel is very rude. He doesn't have any common sense about how to treat customers.

It was not a good experience at all. We booked two rooms at this lodge. Once we reached in our room I found used bedsheet was spread on bed, they changed on complaint. Next morning there was no water in bathroom, they managed on complaint I also found electricity in grader water. In my other room there was no electricity in bulbs in next morning. TV was there but it was not running although they manage to sort problems on complaint. But it was too bad experience for such a high price for one night.
