"I am definitely not going to stay in this hotel even if I get to stay free of cost. For every basic things you need to ask like for dental kits to bathroom kits. In rooms starting from curtains to ACs are full of dust. Water glasses were stained and dusty. Toilets were not properly cleaned. On name of deluxe room and King size bed they have only tiny rooms with double beds (not even queen size bed). Full of mosquitoes."

"Worst ever service and hospitality, very rude staff, impolite, i reached by 1pm and got room inly at 2:30. Switches not working, then gave another room where ac was not working ,dirty bed sheets and uncleaned bathroom with old soaps. then finaly gave a room by 2:30 by then me along with my 2 year old kid were tired. Cheked out at 1pm and demanded extra money. Which we paid since they started shouting."

"Had the worst experience ever. The staff is very rude. The fabhotel and the local hotel authorities don't have any coordination among them. Even after booking the hotel in advance and paying early check-in charges, we were asked the early check-in charges once again and we had to pay. The hotel staff had lot of confusion since the time we checked in since we booked the hotel through fab. The staff didn't even hesitate to call on the landline in the midnight and came to our room and started ringing the bell since we were fast asleep and didn't answer their call. They don't have any manners and don't mind waking you up in the middle of night. Not at all recommended"

"Friends this a Hotel, where you arrive late (because no parking available until 10pm) and drive back very early (8am), not fit for Families as there are Bars nearby and There is a bar in 3rd floor of this hotel and the way and lift is common for Both. I don't recommend with Family. Pros: rooms are very spacious and Well appointed. Central location and Next door you will find Subbayya gari Hotel for that Authentic Andhra Meal, pepped up by their homely Service."

"Worst room ever…. The room is full of foul smell. Its not even clean… the bedsheets curtains everything is smelling like hell. They are misguiding with the photos. We have ordered veg biryani in that we have found chicken peices."

"The room is not worth the money paid. Water stagnation in the bathroom. Cleanliness was average. Although was well received on arrival I was not happy with checkout. I had requested some time extension since my mom was not feeling good but before I could explain the reason the front desk guy who I think is the owner started complaining that the room rent is very less than agreed with fabhotels in the contract etc which I am least bothered of. The hotel is not meant for family as there is bar and in the morning I could hear the bear bottles being dumped which was quite annoying. Overall I am not happy with this change that fabhotels recommended and the hotel especially since it is not meant for family."

"Stay is not great and not too bad. But the room and bed looks old. Bathroom is not hygiene, kind of foul smell, especially commode flesh is too tight and not Clean. No preventive steps taken. The refrigerator in the room making loud noise all over the night. The amount paid is not worth. Parking is not comfortable."

"Water supply was poor and was coming through the taps very minimal. What shocked me was the room size. I have booked 2 rooms. One was deluxe room and the other was a suite room which was shown as 410 sq.ft in portal. But tge room size was very small around 250 sq.ft. And the surprising part is that it was not a Suite room as tge sofa was also kept in tge same room.....there was no living room which was mentioned in the portal. Please look into this as the customers shouldn't be misguided in portal. You should publish the real sixe and tyoeof the room so that customer like me can select another hotel."

"Just okay. I had booked the room one week in advance through their call centre. Still when I went there they said all rooms are full. Then they said wait, one room just got vacant, we will quickly clean and give. Room was just okay. Only one small Medimix in the name of toiletries. Received the Tea kettle on asking. No iron box even on asking. Service is quick. They only cook idli and dosa for breakfast, only for people who book online. For lunch and dinner they have kept a menu of nearby restaurant and they deliver food to the room."

They were kind enough to upgrade my room which was a blessing. Clean & very comfortable. Everything was working perfectly & I had no problems whatsoever. Was very tempted to book another night on! As per my opinion in resonable price your staying on 4 star property in centralised location ."

"Please don't mention breakfast bcz they serve only idly and tea is not good at all, regarding service no lights infront of room they can't provide brush&Paste also and finally for any verification they should complete before they allocate room but these people came to our room around 11 PM without any notice which we felt very uncomfortable"
