"Bed sheet was not probably cleaned. Full of hairs was there. I have raised that concerned to hotel staff but they refused to make it correct. I will not recommend anyone to choose this property."

"Rooms are ok ok like 2 star hotel. It showed all meals included but its scam they provide very pathetic food. They tell you will get thali in dinner and that thali food was from some street vendor. Even in break fast they provide paratha which was burnt and a thick layer of dough which was un cooked. Don't fall in all meals included scam. During check in I found i am first guest in last 3 days."

"I booked a single deluxe room with a double bed. I stayed for overnight. The cost of booking for 23 hours slot was Rs. 2087/-. The overall stay was Okay but not Good. But here are things that need to - 1. Constant Bad smell in the washroom. Despite the exhaust being turned on for 2 hours the smell was there and it was soo bad. 2. The Sink / Wash Basin had something stuck in the drain pipe so the water would quickly get filled up in the sink/wash basin. 3. Room was not dusted. You would find dust and dirt everywhere. 4. On the bedsheet, the guys out there is said that its a new one and being used for the first time, but once you laid down on it you would find small particles of dust and stuff all across the bedsheet. 5. There was no easy canteen or restaurant acess, the Hotel in itself had nothing. 6. The staff though may look like smart looking but, they are really dumb and they will not heed to your needs rather press there points and make you look like a fool out there."

"I don't think travel and tourism department has done their job while assigning 3 star to this hotel. Stained sheets, hygiene issues smell in geyser water, plumbing issues, heap of stained clothes around corridor was some of the problems which hotel management should look at. I booked this hotel because of cheap price but i regret my decision and should not have trusted previous reviews and photo shared on different websites"
