"Terrible stay worst experience everlocation too interior. Room had smart TV but no cable connection, Wi-Fi range not available on first floor. No intercom. No room service. No power backup in case of power cut. No restaurant in hotel, provided breakfast packed from outside (only puri sabzi) after 9 am. No toiletries kept in room, provided only after repeated asking. Despite all flaws, price is too high. Even home stay are better maintained at low cost."

"Booked via Goibibo for my family trip with a kid. Was not aware about no Lift facility in the premise. I was given a room on 4th floor with a reason that the booking was mistakenly accepted as the hotel was full. And was made to wait for an hour middle of the night for giving the room. The rooms walls had seepage all over and even the bed linen yarn was coming out and sticking to the clothes. Had a very bad experience."

"My recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel obligated to share my dreadful experience in hopes of sparing others from a similar ordeal. Privacy Invasion and Safety Concerns: Our troubles began on the very day we checked in when a staff member named Ishu was caught snooping on my lady friend's room (Room 206) through the backside window. This invasion of privacy was not only distressing but also raised serious safety concerns. The fact that the hotel management's response to this heinous act was to merely paint over the window is both unacceptable and alarming. Despite my attempts to reach out to Fab's central office and speak with a person named Jawed, there was no response or accountability from the hotel staff or management. It's absolutely shocking that such a grave incident went unaddressed and ignored. Restricted Breakfast: The hotel's breakfast policy is nothing short of absurd. Guests are allowed only one paratha per person. This limited offering falls far short of the reasonable expectations one would have for a breakfast service. Inadequate Room Amenities: Inconvenience was the theme of my stay. The landline in my room was consistently out of order, which meant that even for a simple request such as a bottle of water, I had to trudge down three flights of stairs to the reception. This was not only frustrating but also reflected a lack of attention to guest comfort. Unjustified GST Charges: To make matters worse, the hotel charged GST on bottled water. This seemed like an unnecessary and unreasonable practice, leaving me with doubts about the hotel's integrity and transparency in their billing procedures. Inconvenient Location: Adding to the list of grievances, the hotel's location is far from tourist attractions, and the absence of nearby general stores made it difficult to access basic necessities. This location oversight is a major drawback for anyone hoping to explore the local area conveniently. In summary, my stay at this hotel was plagued by a shocking breach of privacy and safety, a stingy breakfast policy, faulty room amenities, questionable billing practices, and an inconvenient location. The complete lack of response and accountability for the privacy invasion was particularly distressing. I strongly advise potential guests to steer clear of this establishment to avoid the multitude of issues I encountered during my stay."

"If you want to have a Very bad experience in Dirty unhygienic and a room full of insects and flies then you can book this hotel. You will pay amount equals to a two star room but you will get a negative star room. Fab hotels must have to check and inspect the property before alloting them the frenchise. Actually this is not a hotel this is a marriage garden in which there are few rooms which they are providing as a hotel room. Issues faced: 1. Very hard mattress. 2. Dirty washrooms 3. No toiletries available in washroom 4. Lots of insects and flies in the room 5. Located inside the streets of a residential colony. 6. Around 25-30 minutes distance from Varanasi junction station Overall NOT RECOMMENDED for a stay."

"I booked Deluxe Double Bedroom for 4 nights, on first day of my arrival they gave me a room with sharing bathroom, and told me by mistake we booked your room.. On next day they shifted me to a room but that was also not Deluxe Double Bedroom. It was very small Room no.205. Room was although clean. They don't have any restaurants or kitchen. They just have a dirty room where they cook for their own. They provide breakfast for guests from nearby roadside stalls (thela) which certainly gotta be tasteless, cheap and completely unhealthy, I threw them in dustbin. You cannot watch TV because they don't have cable connections and their WiFi speed is very slow, so watching TV by WiFi is also not possible. They don't have any lifts or maximum amenities as described on Fab Hotels App. They just have three full time staffs among them one who is Mahendra Pandey as far as I remember his name who is very talkative and cunning, he is caretaker of this place. He think and believe everyone is fool and will fool customers by his sweet talks. I went there after reading Good Reviews, but realized most Reviews are fake reviews, in one sentence. I GOT CHEATED."

During our stay at this FabHotel, we encountered several issues that left us dissatisfied. Firstly, despite prepaying for two prime rooms, we were provided with one deluxe and one prime room. This was a clear breach of the booking agreement. Furthermore, the condition of the rooms was subpar. The washroom door was non-functional, and we were unable to close it, resulting in a lack of privacy and discomfort. Additionally, we were not provided with towels until the next morning, which is a basic amenity that should be readily available. The state of the furniture in the room was also disappointing, with noticeable damage. This further detracted from our overall experience. Overall, the service we received during our stay was far from satisfactory. It is disheartening to see such poor service under the FabHotel brand, and we would strongly advise against staying here. Our experience was marred by these issues, and we would not recommend this hotel to anyone. This was a truly regrettable experience, and we hope that improvements are made to ensure that other guests do not encounter similar problems in the future."

"It was a Horrible Experience, It's written in description that there is a in house kitchen, there is nothing there, if you ask for tea or breakfast, they bring it from outside in a plastic bag with disposable plates. No kettle in rooms, no geyser in two of the rooms(we booked four). We had to boil water for tea on stove in servant room. Not even a dustbin in any room only 1 dustbin at the end of the corridor for all the rooms. I even saw a mouse in my room which got into my suitcase and it was a hassel to get it out. Only the servant was cooperative who allowed to use his kitchen, that too was in bad condition. This is majorly a banquet hall for marriages and not really a hotel. When there is no function at the property, they lent it out for guests posting it as a hotel. In our 3 days of stay 2 days there was some function going on and there was so much of noise that it was difficult to sleep and there was no prior notice. And reviews written for this place are all fake or for hotels in another locations. When pointed out the workers there even said that give whatever review Don't fall for it and avoid going there. In our 10 years of travel it's the worst experience."

"The Room wasn't clean as expected. Rather is was dirty and the corners have dirt. Looks like corners are cleaned only on diwali. Landline and side table is not cleaned since the inception of hotel (don't touch). There were a lot of insects inside the room. It's a kind of jugaad hotel. There is a pillar inside every room near the bed. The staff is nice but owners didn't keep enough staff so if you ask for something 10 min = 1 hours, half an hour is mostly no show. They don't have availability of hot water inside bathroom. And I don't want to get started on bathroom. If you take a peep inside their kitchen you'll probably vomit. Horrible experience. Book only if you want to have the best worst experience."
