"Wouldn’t be coming back here again. The property location is OK, but the room and upkeep could be improved. Very dingy lighting and a room full of mosquitoes. Luckily there was parking for my car, but it wasn’t enclosed either."

"I recently stayed at Hotel Hill Park under FabHotels, and while the room was spacious and comfortable, there were some issues that made my stay less enjoyable. The rooms are good, but the water heater in some rooms doesn't work, which was a bit inconvenient. Room service was good, but they don't provide daily cleaning unless requested, no towels either. Avoid breakfast option. The hotel is conveniently located above Sanjivani Hospital, right opposite Bansal Movieplex and Mall, so it's easy to get around. However, my experience with the booking was frustrating. I made two bookings through FabHotels, but for the second one, Hotel Hill Park refused to accept the price I had already booked in advance through Fabhotels, even though I had confirmation. They asked me to check out, which was very disappointing and they do not have any concern for Fabhotels. FabHotels was not helpful in resolving the issue, despite multiple calls, and I had to raise a refund request for the amount after they deducted a service charge. One more thing—don't give your room key to the front desk for cleaning. There's a chance they may rent out the room on an hourly basis while you're away. Overall, this could be a decent stay, but I’d recommend caution with bookings and the front desk handling."

"Staff was soo rude and the room in pictures were so big and have vent but in real it was soo bad and in proper no kitchen facility no menu was there and only burger and pizza was there and there is no rate list in front of there no room service was there and breakfast was included and it was also soo pathetic just 2 spoon poha and small cup of tea and such a poor hospitality would not recommend to someone and will share this as much as possible you're service and everything is so soo bad like would not come again here such a fraud you guys are doing !!"

"Firstly, feedback on the first booked Fabhotel Panchsheel - even after booking 4 hours before reaching and calling up the hotel of my reaching time, I had to wait for 1 hour as room was not ready. Staff was absolutely pathetic and not at all empathetic even when I had a kid of 4 year. Worst experience. Plus hotel looked shady as saw young couple with faces covered checking out in a rather unconvincing manner. Feedback on Hotel Raajpath - had to ask to aloft another hotel due to this incident. Reception staff were polite. Overall hotel and rooms were okayish for one day stay. The only thing that put me off was the owner/manager who was present there. Hotel received incomplete information about the room price. That person sitting on the couch spoke to his staff publicly "don't ask to fill the form/register he needs to confirm with the aggregator on the price. If the price is this low then we have to ask the client to go". What's with this attitude. And who is he to decide whether I need to go without consulting with me? I was like.... "you don't ask the client to go. You have to inform there is a price difference and if you are willing to pay the difference then room can be allotted." I informed them up-front that I was already informed about the additional amount that I will need to shell out and was okay with it. He still went ahead to talk to someone from the aggregator. A rude kind of person he was!"

"You should tell it a guest house and not at all a hotel. They only provide naked tea after repeated request. No maintenance, don't start the motor even when the water tank is dry in the morning. Last but not the least they do not provide bill. It is funny that OYO also not provide online bill after repeated request. In fact it is a place of entertainment of unmarried couples for 1/2 hours."

"Except Room Cleanliness nothing was even average. Far Far from being termed as Fabulous in any respect. Had enquired parking since beginning from helpline number and even hotel all termed Yes. But there is no safe parking available with them , neither assistance given by them for parking. Only sentence being told us to park on road wherever u find space if any . No Lift service , a hard thing for senior citizen to climb three sets of stairs for room. No reception but only money collection booth . Even for any trivial room service like water bottle else tea at room we will have to remind again and again and would take not less than 20 min , but will disturb you at night for payment to settle of even one water bottle. Then also they do not have any funda of morning tea. For complimentary breakfast u will have to go on ground floor cafe which have got different entrance. For lunch and dinner a different place that is u will have to go a ground floor , then again climb first floor to have pathetic lunch or dinner . We had to stay 03 nights with 2 rooms for had booked online on good faith and had made advance payment . Even during check in when we reached hotel seeing reception which was not from any class to be termed as reception , low floor roof...Except Room Cleanliness nothing was even average. "With ref to my Booking ID : ZFFSY9, we had stayed at Fabexpress Kalyan Hotel, Vadodara, Gujarat for 2 days from 6th to 8th jun 2019. But it was extremely pathetic experience. First of all when we checked in at Hotel, no body was present on reception counter. Receptionist was sleeping in store room area, when i shouted 2-3 times, he (RAJESH SHARMA) came to counter and checked my booking in his mobile app. As i had paid only part payment in advance, he asked me to pay rest amount immediately. As i was with my family (wife & daughter), I requested him to allot a room first so that ladies can seat there. But he refused it and so rudely asked me to pay full payment first. When i paid full payment and completed booking process in his register, he allotted us a room. But the room was not ready as per my booking. I have already booked a room for 3 person but there wasn't any extra bed. When i asked for an extra bed, after long wait he provided. But there wasn't any pillow and blanket for extra bed. It was useless to provide details in advance and talking to hotel person in advance. Actual bed size is much smaller than it seems in photograph, the wooden bed is much smaller and they have putted very big matress on it. But its useless. As the both ends of the matress are in air, it doesn't have any wooden base. On next day morning when we asked for tea and complimentary breakfast in room, they refused to provide it in room. They have a restaurant at Ground floor, so they told us to go downstair for tea. When we reached to restaurent, he asked us for the coupon for breakfast, which we were supposed to get from Hotel reception, but receptionist didnt told us about it when we came downstair for breakfast. We were having four bags in our luggage, but at the time of checkout no any person came to drop luggage. So rude those people are and there is nothing like management, no any coordintion between Hotel and restaurent."

"Good budget stay. Recommend for short and solo trip. Stayed there for 2 nights. However room was only apparently clean, there was dust which seems accumulated over a long time, bathroom washbasin tap was loosen, toilet flush not up to the mark. Also, I left the room around 9am and when I retun to hotel at 4pm, room was not even cleaned. (7 hours), so on my return I told the reception staff to get it cleaned ASAP and I was waiting outside room at reception. After multiple times, finally they able to found cleaning staff and this was truly unacceptable that housekeeping staff while cleaning the room watching TV, me as a customer waiting at receptions but staff is busy watching TV, I caught him two times watching TV. I have to wait >30 minutes outside for staff to watch TV & clean the room, that too despite my repeated requests they clean. Inside room and bathroom there were flies and mosquitoes, but no repellent available in the room. Also, morning breakfast, when I went there was no one at restaurant, also usually morning I find there is no fixed person at reception so we have to keep looking for to find manager or any staff for checkout or anything. And tables at restaurant were also not cleaned, most of tables and chair has left over food. So, hygiene and maintenance is not at all to appreciate. So, if some is okay with such uncomfortable things can stay here otherwise would not recommend. I hope, either FabHotel or the local owner/management focuses on and improve the services."

"This place is clean and nice to stay but the owner is rude. I had informed them I work till late night and sleep during the day so when I put DND tag, please don't knock and wake me up but they woke me up almost everyday for room cleaning. I denied once or twice. But later again it happened...and I let them clean the room. But the housekeeper didn't even collect the garbage. What kind of cleaning it was. And the owner said, we know you are wokring till late night but we need to clean the rooms as after checkout, if the room is dirty, it becomes difficult to clean. So he was worried about that and not about keeping it clean when someone is staying in the room. They charge Rs. 40 for tea and tea was not so good. Inspite of telling, need ginger tea, I never found ginger. They have this policy of not letting the guests visit the people staying at the hotel but it's not mentioned anywhere online while booking and if anyone they find has come to meet you, they speak soo rudely as if the person did some crime by visiting the guest. The reception staff was rude except Parul. She is a sweet receptionist. Overall this hotel is ok to stay for a day or 2. But would not really recommend."

That's about it. What was bad- Oh there were countless points which they could modify or improve : 1) No LIFT in the hotel ; Getting Built...So definitely not fit for elder people 2) Rooms were too small but still the same could have been managed with better service 3) Breakfast - there were only 2 options other than beverages : a) Bread Butter or b) Puri Bhaji (you could have given few more options) 4) We took 2 Rooms ; In one room, you open the Main Door and you can see the Wash Room which is made of Glass. So If a person close to 6 feet taking a bath like myself, you can watch me front door till NECK and then again from FEET. The body portion is covered with STICKERS on the Glass. This was very uncomfortable for the ladies. 5) HOT WATER only available during EVENING for Shower 6) Room Service : If you call 10 times, the chances are someone might take your call ONCE ; Most of the times there was no one in Reception"

"The following deficiencies make the hotel (costing Rs.1500/- plus) below normal ratings: 1. No lift and steep & narrow staircase. No assistance from hotel to carry luggage 2. Dirty lobbies due to renovation work (hotel should close when under renovation, but they won't) 3. Bathroom window glass missing, peeping from the other side is easy.You can easily remove the whole window making it prone for theft also!!!! 4. WiFi was not given 5. No tea/coffee facility or kettle in the room 6. Poor room service 7. No trained manpower!!! 8. 1 litre water provided to two people!!!! 9. Only very limited breakfast against promised buffet breakfast. You are allowed to chose between fruit juice(only pineapple) and tea, not both. 10. Very mediocre restaurant and cafe. 11. Over-all, professionalism is completely missing."

"We checked into the room on 7 the October around 8pm . We were allotted room no 201. The room is towards road side couldn't sleep because of horns and Garbha music . We requested the manager on 8 the to shift the room as the previous night we couldn't sleep, inppite of vacancy of rooms the manager didn't shift our room. Again on 8 the night barking of dogs and Durga immersion full drums and sounds . This all because of the attitude of the manager who is not able to understand Customers problem. Finally we left the room with 2 sleepless nights. Hope u will take necessary action in this regardRegarding restaurant we are very sorry to comment that the person n l in the restaurant are serving the food as if they are giving food to Refugees. Let them know that we paid for it ."

"Being a regular visitor to baroda for business purposes, have tried almost all hotels around railway stations. Tried fabexpress kalyan for the first time and i must say m absolutely satisfied. Clean rooms, well ventilated, impeccable room service, 2 balconies and sumptuous breakfast with multiple options and it's just bang for your bucks. Have decided to be regular customer. Special mention of the courteous and professional demenour of mr. Kazi. I was about to give 1 star less for lack of elevator but his nature and fact that elevator is gonna b functional within few days compelled me to give 5 stars wout hesitation. Recommended wholeheartedly."
