ambiance was perfect for the stay. order delivery was fast and cleanliness was at its best.
Not so good place to stay. Room was small and you have to climb stairs. We were made to fill all the details in register which the front desk person could do easily after taking our ID. We had reached late at 10:30 pm ans had to wait for like 30 mins.
I booked 4 rooms directly from hotel and agent aman , at the time of Booking he was very polite and pleased but when we visit hotel , hotel rooms was very dirty And unhygienic and we didn't check in . When we didn't checked in and stay for a single minute, fab hotels denied for a refund And also I am chasing since 2 weeks but he not even replying. Very bad experience. Do not book these properties in future.
Terrible experience at FabHotel Express, Vadodara. The room was filthy—dirty sheets, unwashed towels, dust, and chipping walls. No soundproofing, making for an uncomfortable stay. The hotel falls far below basic hospitality standards. Shocked that Google rates this as 3-star hotel—completely misleading. Wouldn’t recommend at all!
We arrived a day prior to the Coldplay concert as a family of four. We had our bookings done ten days in advance and reconfirmed over the phone while on the way. But upon reaching the Hotel at around 8pm, since we were delayed, we were told, our rooms were never booked. We tried to reason but they didn’t budge. Being outstation travellers it is very hard to find an immediate accommodation that too late in the night. This experience has been extremely frustrating.
Room refused on arrival in spite of making advance payment. I travelled from Mumbai for 10 hours and when I reached the person on reception refused a room even though we showed him confirmation proofs and well as advance payment invoice. It was very mentally and physically draining to go through such an experience in an unknown city in spite of taking all precautions like repeatedly confirming our booking with property and making advance payment 10 days prior.

The receptionist gave us a hell while checking in, we had booked from make my trip site, and then he denied our checkin stating that my husband and I don't look like we are married. How can someone look like married? When he asked for marriage licence, we did not carry it or nor have a scanned copy. He said we will not be allowed here. Also MMT had non refundable policy which was making it worst. Nobody helped us with our rooms as well we had to figure it out ourselves. Not worth it.
Worst hotel bad staff and worst owner he treats girls very badly and even takes money and doesn’t give a room, I suggest never book this hotel because of the owner
Disappointing Experience at Hotel Infinity I recently attempted to book a room through OYO. However, upon arrival, the hotel staff refused to honor the OYO booking and demanded a significantly higher rate for the same room. The receptionist was not only unhelpful but also quite rude and dismissive throughout the interaction. Their lack of engagement and unprofessional behavior left a very negative impression. I strongly advise against booking this hotel through any third-party platforms, as they clearly do not respect their agreements with these services. I would also caution potential guests about the possibility of encountering poor customer service during their stay.
