Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful in my Hotel. Due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. Same was provided promptly without Any extra charge. Good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian

I recently stayed at Hotel Hill Park under FabHotels, and while the room was spacious and comfortable, there were some issues that made my stay less enjoyable. The rooms are good, but the water heater in some rooms doesn't work, which was a bit inconvenient. Room service was good, but they don't provide daily cleaning unless requested, no towels either. Avoid breakfast option. The hotel is conveniently located above Sanjivani Hospital, right opposite Bansal Movieplex and Mall, so it's easy to get around. However, my experience with the booking was frustrating. I made two bookings through FabHotels, but for the second one, Hotel Hill Park refused to accept the price I had already booked in advance through Fabhotels, even though I had confirmation. They asked me to check out, which was very disappointing and they do not have any concern for Fabhotels. FabHotels was not helpful in resolving the issue, despite multiple calls, and I had to raise a refund request for the amount after they deducted a service charge. One more thing—don't give your room key to the front desk for cleaning. There's a chance they may rent out the room on an hourly basis while you're away. Overall, this could be a decent stay, but I’d recommend caution with bookings and the front desk handling.

Everything was bad, starting from staff to room cleaning to washroom condition and parking issues.

Staff was soo rude and the room in pictures were so big and have vent but in real it was soo bad and in proper no kitchen facility no menu was there and only burger and pizza was there and there is no rate list in front of there no room service was there and breakfast was included and it was also soo pathetic just 2 spoon poha and small cup of tea and such a poor hospitality would not recommend to someone and will share this as much as possible you're service and everything is so soo bad like would not come again here such a fraud you guys are doing !!
