1 AverageTerrible smell was coming in the washroom. bed sheets and quilts were very dirty. front desk staff was extremely rude and non cooperative. we had booked two deluxe rooms for two days for 3 guests . still they made us pay rs. 1400/- extra without any additional service. despite repeated emails to agoda, fab hotels with copies to satyug hotel, nothing happened. we had gone to ujjain for religious purpose and not for repeatedly contacting customer care people of agoda, fab and satyug. our trip was completely spoiled due to such rude and non cooperative behaviour of front desk staff. worst experience of my life in a hotel.Harman Kumar, 28 Feb

1 AverageThis hotel staff was horrible, i booked satyug hotel but when i reached they shifted me to another hotel by saying that their hotels (satyug) has some problem with water supply which was totally an excuse. and the other hotel wasn't good in quality where i felt very bad. i never ever accepted this situation from fab hotel partners.Yash Lakhera, 11 Mar
