I reached there by 6am and still they managed to provide rooms clean rooms good management supportive staff
It was nice hotel with great rooftop swimming pool and great Mountain View the rooms The food was also good but little expensive
I recently stayed at FabHotel Golden Wings, and my experience was generally pleasant. The hotel's location was convenient, and the staff were courteous and helpful. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and the amenities provided were satisfactory. However, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. While the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained, the overall tidiness of the room could have been better. Despite this, I appreciated the hotel's efforts to provide a comfortable stay and the service was prompt. To take it to the next level, I suggest the hotel focuses on enhancing room cleanliness and attention to detail.
It is Mangal Residency by Name and by all means Nowhere, it has any FAB tag or name. Difficult to understand these two names are ONE and SAME. Don't english the Asian hotels
1) Small in fact very small rooms. No place to keep your luggage. 2) You have to ask for any basic facilities like water or even a towel which we are supposed to get when you check in. 3) Empathy is zero, for a little extended stay (that too when you don't have an arrival), you were asked for more than the price, you paid through online TA. 4) Cleanliness and hygiene - 0, towels stained, bedsheet stained, pillows stained, balcony dirty, Geyser broken, tabs with no pressure or need cleaning. 5) Attendant is a good person but again has his limitations to help. 6) Tea service you can get but for food you need to look options outside or on Zomato or someother online food delivery.
Its daylight robbery. I originally booked FabHotel Tak International, but they unilaterally cancelled the booking and gave a shabby room in FabExpress Golden Wings. The hotel was worst to say the least. If there was a negative rating, I would give it a minus 10
Very poor service
Not feeling like giving one star also. Very bad rooms and no ameneties. Worst experience. Dont go by good reviews. Those all are fake.
I booked Fab express himanshi for me and my family hoping for a good service. I drove for approximately 15 hours from Mumbai to Udaipur. I was offered a Delux Room with just one queen size bed and a mattress for the third family member to just lie down. The linen was extremely dirty. Previously in other cities i checked in with 3 member and was given a proper bed or a folding bed with mattress but was denied the same at Himanshi Udaipur. In addition Mr Priyank the owner don't care about the customers as he asked me to go and search a different hotel and he will process the refund after 24 hours. He doesn't know how to talk to customers i don't know how he is managing his hotel from last 10 years as he mentioned. I urge everyone to not to book this hotel or if you wish please book this hotel on your own risk. I believe all positive reviews on this app or elsewhere are fake and reviewed by their own friends and families Thank you so much for a terrible service..
