While the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained, the overall tidiness of the room could have been better. Despite this, I appreciated the hotel's efforts to provide a comfortable stay and the service was prompt. To take it to the next level, I suggest the hotel focuses on enhancing room cleanliness and attention to detail."

"Wifi was not working, poor facilities, bad accommodation ,we reached at 01:00 am ,they provided another room with extra 600 rupees charge,we requested them to kindly shift us into our room although the room was empty but they denied. Their intention was to make more money by offering as a Non-AC room for 600 for 12hrs."
