Hotels and hotel staff were good but the hotel is little at the outskirts of udaipur where mostly they garrage and bus depots people are around. Not a good location in case you are coming back late at night. But if you have your own car then it's affordable and hotel staff also helps pretty well. If travelling by bus(travels ) it has a boarding point for most of the buses services nearby.

The service of this hotel is amazing.. better than other hotels. Budget friendly inhouse restaurant, cab service, bike rent, supportive staff. Overall luxurious

I had a recent stay with family. The hotel is budget friendly and the rooms and washrooms are clean. The staff is cooperative. It very close by Udaipur City railway station. But there are limited public transport options available for commute.

Nice, budget hotel with all amenities but the rooms are small, so plan accordingly.

We were offered a room with breakfast. However upon arrival the receptionist mentioned no breakfast available. I checked with fabhotel customer care they asked me to contact customer care but no response. They have a 24/7 customer support for sales team but cannot connect for customer care even after 30mins attempt.

The rooms are nice. The bed is very comfortable with a proper quilt. The sleep was excellent. Rooms have proper lighting. The washrooms are good but the issue is that the service is very bad or you can say pathetic because they provide you just one towel among two people or three people as it was in our case. Plus they don't provide you shampoo or conditioner. They just provide you one small soap. The water is provided only once when you stay in the room on the 1st day only. Any additional water required on the second day onwards? In fact, after the first two bottles is all chargeable, so this is something that we didn't like and just not one would expect at a hotel. Moreover, the location is outside the city in between the vehicle repair shops and that too it is on a sort of Highway, the city highway.

This is not 3 star hotel. Don’t get fool seeing the images they have upload are very old and it is way different then how does it look. Staff are responsive so that is good point but regarding the other facilities it is not that good.

At the time of checking, they denied for room and I have paid full amount for 2 days. My two kids and wife were standing outside at 10 PM. Hotel representatives have no feelings and sences. They just sold the room in higher price to someone and take a chance, if we were not able to check-in. I never faced this type of problem earlier. Don't book this hotel.
